Obsidean hits 50

Obsidean is the twelfth level 50 knight in the USA, the tenth level 50 player on Dep (all ten are knights) and the fifteenth level 50 player in the USA. Congratulations Obsidean!

Obsidean hit level 49 on April 6th, and 4-8 hours per day and almost a month and a half later (with one lag death), he has made it into the elite club of level 50+ players in the US.

Obsidean, a STR knight, has a +8 b-tsu and -54 AC and hunted MLC 7f and Fire Valley. He also has a PK count of 21.

When asked what if he was on his way to 52, he said he wasn't. "I'm tired. Doing this took up too much time." After a break, he might come back, but his 4-8 hours a day days are over. :)

Has there been a update to the Korean Test server again ? I just connected to the server and there where like a new 1171 files that i had to download.

You guys at Compendium may want to look into that.

=)

We are getting lots of players getting to the level 50. Looks like the reduced death penalty at high levels has made a big difference.

That's probably some files for ep 11.
Little patches like that will make the final download smaller.

LC will just be filled with lvl 50+ news if it keeps coming...

Well done Obs, as for no lvl 50 elves on Dep, allot of us havn't really bothered with it. The bonus isnt worth it, nor is the morph. I myself think I could have been 50 by now, if not very close to it had I tried, I can say the same for quite a few other high lvl elves as well. Knights and princes on the other hand, Are very motivated to hit lvl 50 for the bonuses.

i qlso agre to that i tried as well to get to lvl 50 and just sorta gave up after d lving 3 times then losing 30% u could be lvl 50 now but o well im just going to try for erupt then im gonna maybe go to knight who knows. great job obs. i rember back in beta u ended my prince o.o

I agree there is no point for elf to hit 50 or 52.

But the same can be said for mages as well.

There is no point in wasting your time to try and level a mage to 50 or 52. Unlike the level 50 elf who at least gets a a basic RTC, the mage wont get anything.

Out of all the classes the mage does not get anything from getting to level 50.

Congratulations Obi well done.

Level 50 knights on Dep seem to be popping up everywhere. Pity the same thing is not happening on Ken as well.

Yea I quit my level 49 elf almost totally. There was no reason to level him to 50. That elf ROTC thing sucks, and what can an elf do with a DK morph? My elf was a sword elf but still, being 52 with a knight is a hella lot better, and easier to do. And if Kengi and Khan don't come forward and admit their levels then screw them. They don't deserve recognition.

Many ppl just play for fun and self achievement...not recognitions...
And the bonuses are unbalanced. the only kinda char that are good for DK morph are the melee / close combat ppl...I play for self challenge. I really dun see wut 3x char can do to u when loyal people in lineage have almost become extinct. I'm not just babbling but look what has happened when a pledge takes over a castle. The prince/ss gets tons of whispers per day with ppl wanting to join. Ok, when they lose the castle, many ppl leave and only a few stay. That's how lineage is like and how the real world is like.

i dont agree Pepper before you siege the prince/princess form a pledge for couple month and have some Loyal, honest, member. AFter that is time to siege even your pledge own couple day and lose it. YOur member wont leave you and help you to take back. I think pepper you must not be a good Princess --;

lol if i still playing and just spend 4-8 hour of my free time i will be lv50. This game is just how much time you spend.. dont be sad if you not lv50+ you might be more fun if you r not lv50 yet. Czu once you hit lv50 you might thinking to quit.

A Dex elf being lvl 52 would be awesome. After dex update, their ac will be awesome when an elven shield is equiped. Conjunction that with a +9 rap and DK morph. Incredible!:)
