this is false -_- i emailed nc about my account ban cause of such a little thing I did and i questioned them about account sharing accounts..this is what i got replied

Many things are taken into account when determining a penalty for an account that has violated the Rules of Conduct or user agreement. Penalties can range from a simple warning to an immediate ban of the account, and depending on the type of violation, severity of the violation, the history of the account and any prior violations that are on it, and so forth.

We do our best to enforce the rules as equally and fairly as possible. While it is easy to say, for example, "This guy used foul language a single time, cussing is against your Rules of Conduct, why isn't he banned," that is a completely different violation of the Rules of Conduct. If you were to speak with others who were penalized for similar violations, I think you would find that the action taken is quite consistent. While you are free to disagree with our rules and policies in this regard, you do agree to abide by them when you sign up for the game.

Leilo: Absolutely! And we may even surprise you by translating them BEFORE Lineage Compendium does...

you think thats bad. I offered to help gaffer brainstorm on how to change the xp table ( they are going to any way should at least try to make it work) he says Email me at blah@lineage.com and we'll talk. Still haven't gotten a reply. Oh and from his words and how he responded.

The person changing the xp distrubition system has on;y played really low level char's to test his changes
