Level 48 Doberman vs. Level 48 Husky
Lineage Playforum reported (http://community.playforum.net:8080/bbs/prog/column?action=read&iid=10051021&kid=3844) an experiment that was done with a level 48 doberman vs. a level 48 husky.

Previously, we posted that doberman vs. husky was analagous to the STR knight vs. CON knight debate, which, in a nutshell, is that all else being equal, the CON knight's extra HP can compensate for the extra pain induced by the STR knight. Thus, a CON knight is superior at duels (can last longer) while the STR knight is more useful for hunting (can kill monsters faster and thus, less damage caused). However, even those statements can be argued :)

The experiment done was to let the dogs fight down to 30 HP. (Not very scientific, but the results were as expected).

The outcome of this battle was victory for the husky. Clearly the doberman was hitting harder, but the husky does have 30 more HP at level 48 than the doberman does, which was enough to win.

why would you want your dog to take hits anyways? Thought they were just meant to kill faster.

keke I prefer dob anyways. Dogs are just to hunt and dobs kill faster. If they are hit then u heal them and that's all done ^^

so huskies are worse than dobermans, unless you let them fight to the death? If you just want them to help damage mops with you, dobermans are better... good. This is how they should be, since huskies only take regular meat to tame.

Have to realize too, husky does less dmg to mop = u get more % and this test shows the husky can hold its own while ur hunting, better than a dob.

HOW HARD DO HUSKY HIT COMPARED TO SHEPARD ?? THAT SHOULD BE THE NEXT TEST...

More damage doesn't mean less exp -.-' it counts the number of hits, not the damage inflicted. So the faster dog takes out more exp, not the stronger one.

Where in the article do you see that it was Husky's victory, amateras? I've read the whole article and they were basically saying that they let lvl 48 doberman and husky fight almost 'till the end and the doberman ended up having 32 hp left while the husky had 31 hp left. And he actually thought that it was the doberman's victory since it had about the same amount of hp left when it was called even though it has lower base hp to start with which also means the doberman was hitting harder than the husky. Exactly the opposite of what you are saying at the post. I appreciate your work and all that here but don't confuse us by providing a wrong information please.
