new mage animation
Melantus posted a message on the message boards to show us the new mage, which features smoother animation:

Mage walks with dagger in desert (Quicktime - 2.49MB - USA West)
Mage walks with short sword in Episode 11 lands (Quicktime - 3.61MB - USA West)
Mage walks with spear (Quicktime - 5.45MB - USA West)

All three movies in MPEG format (MPEG - 7.83MB - USA East)

The new episode looks barren :<.......well maybe cuz the mage was being careful not to overtease us of the new episode.....Well anyhow.....still can't wait for episode 11. ^^

I have the same problem! The third link is dead!
Anyway, I think the head, shoulder and chest of the new mage are too small and thin! Maybe mage is not a melee, have to looks weaker! LOL

Yes I also think this would be a GREAT high level reward. Maybe not 35, but 45, to make it more hard to get and give a reward on the loooong way to the higher 40's.... but besides that, 35 is also a good point and an accomplishment for any new player.

We aren't updating only the mage. That was just a demonstration, and we used a mage character to simply show the movement.
