Publish Announcement

The following items will be published during the Wednesday morning server maintenance at 10:00am US Central time on August 7:

Fixed a message with Holy Weapon.
Old Scroll can now be usable at “Road of Pain” (Gerard’s Quest) Cave.
Abilities of Sayha’s bow are increased.
Removed the restriction on wearing items from lycanthrope morphs.
Removed haste potions from some new player area monsters.
Summoned or tamed monsters and dogs will show a necklace icon at the end of their names. This will make them look distinct from anyone who gets polymorphed into similar creatures.
Some magical helmets can now be used by the Prince/Princess. The helmets are Helm of Magic: Heal, Helm of Magic: Speed. Helm of Magic: Power.
Orc scout polymorph has been added to the morph list. This morph is limited to players level 14 and above.
Experience is now displayed down to the second decimal place. (example: 4.15 %)

if people woulnd't complain so much game would get better. they make changes because people complain. no matter what they can't make the game for everyone. pot delay is in because i use to remember when people would complain that fighting is who would run out of pots first. they put delay so pvp would be more interesting and such and now people complain. so before you complain. think about how bad it is and the fact that to make something better something else has got to get worse.
like this new bow. stop complainging about the costs lol. you know they aren't goin to lower it. so if you keep complaining they could just remove it. would be easiest way. but then you complain again. so dont' complain about stupid stuff and you will keep the good stuff.
oh and the ac nerf. you guys were asking for this one. some people complained about str mages being stronger then knights and get spells. i had a str mage so i heard this alot. now they weakened them.
so please dont' blame nc, or complain to much. play the game it will get better. don't be so whinny either. REMEMBER it's just a game.
oh one last thing. don't complain about new morphs please. if they give us a morph that will help us kill bosses alot easier, they just goin to nerf the drops more to even it out. DUH.

They listen to the wrong people. The people on the offical boards complained about how everyone is now an axemen instead of a normal skeleton or werewolf. Oh no the world is coming to an end.Some high levels said it wasnt fair to beleth/baphomt. In all fairness, they should of kept skeleton axe/archer/pike with full ac and added bapho/beleth full ac as well. Then the 50+ wouldn't complain and everyonewould of been happy. Whats wrong with everyone being faster as a skeleton axeman? Its not like it was a restricted morph.

Hmmm well it seems like you guys got it covered! But i mean still! If you guys who keep complaining keep at it then ur just gonna Tick NC off and they are just gonne nerf you guys again! Complaining that Sayha's bow is to weak so NC makes it stronger. Now you complain about the price! If you want the thing so bad and dont want to pay the price then go find the items urself! Think of what knights go through when they want to MAKE a Tsu. I have never seen a knight complain about the price or the materials it takes to make the thing but you have all these elves complaining that. Oh Sayha's bow is to weak Oh Sayhas bow is to pricey! Well if anything you elves should of thanked NC for even giving you the stupid bow! And even though there are some mages who complain about some things us mages really havent got a ULTIMATE weapon or any good mages only ARMOR either. But you dont see many mages complain about that....myself i just sit back and hope for the best! And while you elves complain look at the princes who are just starting to hear rumors of great things for the prince. So why they are there HOPING for these great items you elves complain about actually getting something!BTW nice update

axeman and pike morphs were too good. pike almost hit as fast and ghast and axeman morph was too fast.... these morphs were too fast... orc scout is good for elves... its well balanced and not too fast...

Wow, I can't believe live servers got this so fast. Seems like it used to be forever between when the Korean servers got and update, and when we got it here. Now it's just a week or two...not bad. I agree with the pike and axeman not getting full ac, that would make them too good for morphing. Also, the update was sweet for princes and elves, who haven't been getting much lately (except for the elven magic)...

...now if they could only change summon back :-(

tsu(normal)can be maid or droped by antharus/fafurion and demon.

okay..i did some tests on the orc scout morph and with elf shooting arrows
the following data is how many shots fire in under 1 minute

orc scout:
55, 56, 56, 57; mean 56+/-1
orc scout + haste:
69, 70, 70, 70; mean 70+/-1
elf:
55, 58, 59, 56, 57; mean 57+/-2
elf + haste:
72, 72, 72, 72; mean 72+/-0

so orc scout is only 1 shot less than elf without haste
and only 2 shot less with haste o.o

i havent done anything with other non-morphed classes since...
elf is the fastest non-morphed bow shooting character without speed enhancements

Well I guess blueberry not just rude to me. Dood hates the whole world (should I feel "better" about that?). Get a clue blue: politeness counts...your parents failed you there.

From all the rave reviews I guess I'll have to try the Orc Scout morph. I kinda hope it sux; I'm used to hunting as I am, almost never morph. Gets uncomfortable when the center screen doesn't have a blond, blue armored bowman on it <g>.

Let me guess...you're a knight or you play a knight as a main. There's nothing wrong about what class you choose to play, it's just not right to generalize and say that a whole class is useless because they don't get as many benefits from the game other than creating a pledge, declare a war, or siege a castle. Everyone has this misconception that if you are to play a MMORPG, you HAVE to be strong and kick ass in PvP combats, (that's why people always misleadingly giving negative comments about non-pk servers etc.) The thing is, not EVERYONE is interested in PvP combats, many people play MMORPG's because they enjoy meeting new friends in the game and hunting etc...so ya, maybe a certain classes are inferior to the super, duper, ultra... class - knights in hunting or close combats etc., it's just not fair to say that that class is useless.

They have a right to complain. They PAY for this game. If you are unhappy with the food you just ordered, won't you complain? Theres no difference. You should realize that context is always important. Nobody's stupid enough here to disagree with the general concept that customers have a right to complain. In the CONTEXT of the situation, however, since most of the complaints in regards to NC's ability to handle customer satisfaction have recently been founded on rather immature and...unthoughtful reasons, people are inclined to criticize these complaints.

Orc scout morph = knight new morph.

Elves will be replaced by knights at sieges. With orc scout morph, haste, brave, and their +hit and +dmg bonuses, they'll be archer machines. Elves will become merely enchant NPCs for the knights at the sieges (I think mage should fit in here somewhere). I still don't get how knights move the fastest.. they wear that bulky armor and are so big and tough.. you'd think dexterity means speed, but I guess not..

..and too keep on topic, Orc Scout morph = new knight advantage. Yes, it's true str doesn't affect bow damage. But if you knew anything about the balance of the game (or should I say inbalance), knights move fastest when on haste+brave, have highest ER, and get better +hit and +dmg level ups than elves (or any other class for that matter) do.
