New boss drops
Lineage Playforum (http://community.playforum.net:8080/bbs/prog/column?action=read&iid=10051003&kid=1055) has been reporting on the new items being dropped by the boss level monsters on the Korean live servers:

  • Pictured here is a new Baphomet drop: Worn-Out Amulet of Charisma, which is +1 CHA and -2 INT, which should be a popular item among princes.
  • This kind of drop is about 1 out of 4 Bapho kills.
  • It now takes about 4 people to take on Baphomet because he is stronger.
  • On the third kill of Baphomet, 17 quality sapphires dropped at once, another improvement of Baphomet.

  • This is a Amulet of Wisdom as dropped by Beleth.
  • Beleth is also stronger - even one player pumping pots couldn't keep up with the damage being inflicted by him.

  • This is the Worn-Out Belt of Body, which is +30 HP. Baphomet dropped this one too.
  • Playforum says that the two drops listed above are two of three new Baphomet drops, but they didn't specify what the third was.

  • This is a Amulet of Dexterity, dropped by Caspa.

    hmm can mages with bbs kill by themselves? they meant 4 knights or elves/prince but can mages still kill with bb?Hmm.....imagine how dk or antqueen is gonna be!
    much stronger but better drops.

    That is dumb.
    I doubt it would take 4 players...the ant queen (as of now) is 15 levels higher than baphomet and MUCH stronger, and yet, a single knight can still kill it by his/herself. Unless they make all of the bosses stronger than the ant queen currently is (which would be insane, almost dragon-like), those bosses will continue to be camped they way they are at this very moment.

    Could everyone please stop whining about the Dex, Str, AC, whatever Updates? If they are gonna be here, they will come in time. Lots of you fail to notice that we're getting all these little Publish Updates that are making Lineage better little by little. There's no reason to complain, it's alot better than it used to be.

    I'd have to agree with Vail here but when i see what the Koreans get i get a little green in my eyes. I can't wait for these new belts...especially if they are gonna be zellable...As for the bapho and beleth being ended with bb mages... Well what is probably gonna happen is that the bosses are gonna be more sensitive to pets then to actual players so as to force the person to eiter lose dogs, bbs, and then eventually himself. It would be only logical...

    lol right now im lvl 46dex elf bapho ends easy not even spelled up. ive already seen a lvl 25 peep take him out but he had ac and mr..you just haveto experimate (can not spell for the life of me T.T) but yea hes cake for right now

    i'm from koreanserver and those boss mops have gotten A LOT stronger
    it took 7knights including 2 deathnight morphrd one 20 minutes to kill the deathknight you can never 1on1 with those bossmops especially deathknight since it does more damage than your clear potion can heal you
    and one more thing, a deathknight morphed knight tried to do 1on1 with the deathknight, but he venzed after taking 10 hits or so
