	Death Knight Set			The Helmet that goes with the death knight set was dropped today on Korean test. It seems the all of the Death knights armor will be Knight Only.		In other news, our monster drop list is currently down. We will try to have it back up before the end of this week

grrr why only to knights, if a mage reach lvl 52 he'll can't have the luck to wear it in dk morph, and don't say it is impossible cause str mage is very good too right now mine has 31 str with all stuffs on (20str base +str ammy + pg +str spell+ sof)

Grrrrr even more stuf for knight. Luckily Demon set also rocks. O and 2 all u people trying to put down mages saying that the demon set only protects fire magic ur all wrong it protects all fire so a fire archer a burning warrior a bomb flower and a lava golem will all get killed. Plus that DK set only protects undead lol and gives +2 to all other damages plus if u herd lineage compendium before they said that they thought that the set actually only gives extra undead damage. While demon set protect from al fire attacks so HAHAHAHAHA.

Linny, I also had a STR mage with the 20 str base and I restarted at 45 to do 18str/18con.. its MUCH better... I can't even tell the difference when hunting, and in duels, it does the same damage. If you're not too high up, you might consider a restart as well... just a thought.

Told ya -- dk set is knights ONLY. So what if demon set is for all classes (people aren't even sure about it) Knights get to choose between the two of them. (As if they don't have enough armor selection already)
And...What is more common in lineage? Undeads or Fire stuffs? So what if you have a demon set...FV is a lil place packed with people. You won't be able to get to kill many stuffs unless you're a knight or a mage with bbs.

It's not just Pepper. NC will make us all abandon our favourite classes and play knights because of their continuous nerfing. The aggravation is getting to me - they keep taking away from other classes, and giving more to knights.

Typical, I like my Prince. But their are enough armor for every class but Prince/Mage. But they say " oh you got blood pledges" that dont do nothing for my AC or Weapon. The only way we can get Dragon Scale Mail is to take all the money if we got a Castle. Like some other People I heard that done it. But i got HONOR. I wont do that to the Blood Pledge members. Their my friends now. You guys best do something for other classes or all princes will go then their will be no sieges. How you like that??? :)

princes is the one class i do belive needs help. Its the only class i gave up before getting it above 40, it was just too hard.

Actually there will always be princes. The rich/castle owning princes didn't use a prince as their primary char, Bunke, ccgirl, ppaerroppe(sp?), dailo,(this is on DEP the only server that really matters), all these princes were made using funding from high level mages and knights. So as long as their are players with high level money producing chars of other classes there will always be princes made.

BUT I agree that this class needs some help. You can't really do anything with a prince, unless you already have the funds to support a raid on a castle etc.

The real class that rocks in firelands are the elves, not the mages, not the knights. Right now they are strong already in group, but after ep XI they will rule the place even alone.

And demon set is great for elves, especially CON elves ... heheh ... which I am

Steel is kinda right. I see a group of elves owning at the top of the volcano. Course if one breaks away from the group, he gets owned. To bad you don't get any exp like that. I like con elfs best too. With ep 11 Raven will return O.o

I agree with SteelEye and BigPope. Elves do rule the FV. And I think the TSU should be Prince(ss) class only. (and I'm a knight) A Royal sword for a Royal class.

i think that prince/ss dont have good weapon and ac so there will be no prince/ss that walk alone without blood pledge and ppl wont start prince/ss cuz they strong and act like knights,so they dont give them ac or weapon so only the ppl who relly like to leade ather ppl will play prince/ss (only what i think *^^*)

Yeah, I've been playing Lineage only for 2 months. My main ppl is a Prince. Im almost lev 40 with none or little help from others. So I will always use a prince in the game. When Linage II comes out I'll be a Prince again. Same name and all. I just want some Equality in the game to balance it that's all. I will always back the royal blood. :) Also I think the DOOM BLADE should be prince only weapon that will bring balance back to the FORCE. :) Had to say it.

Isn't it a bit strange that everyone's saying NC is doing SOOO Much for knights just because the DK set is for knights only... this is a set of armor that will probably end up being worth more than 2 x ROTC's ... It will only be worn by the richest 1% of the knights anyway... I say let them have it. Whomever said that the other classes could get rich selling it to the knights is right.. Its just like knights hunting succ for summon... well.. back before summon cost 300k :)

What does Lineage mean? If it's just about getting rich on another char, get famous on another char, then make a lvl 25-30 prince and run around with it in coi in sieges to steal a castle, Lineage has totally lost its meaning. I have no problem about what kind of class you people play. But I was hoping that with the many new updates which NCI put up over the last year (I was not playing when Heine and other stuffs came out) so i figured NCI will make an approach to making more updates for prince class as what it does for other classes..But sadly, over the last 6 months I came back to Lineage, I have not seen ONE single update (or any planned future updates) designed for prince class. Don't flame me and say because knights were the first chars of lin they should get more stuffs. Lineage came out with 2 classes at the very beginning. Knights and Prince (if u look at the way they stand - they don't sway like mages / male elves) F-Elf is later added. I know this is a bit off topic but come on, over 4 yrs..or is it 5, Prince got no unique item but a stupid crown (which is not easily accessible either)
I'm not whining, I play princess to challenge myself. I'm just stating the facts and the facts are that NC/NCI only put considerations into the mainstream chars (Knight - Mage - Elf, in the order of descending popularity)

I agree with what you are saying. I'm just saying that it doesn't seem like you're having fun with princess anymore... Also, it should not be that rich knights etc make prince and take castle... but sadly that's how it is. If you went for Giran I would gladly help you.... just whis Lugz/Raven ; ) Additionally, most people will never even see a DK set let alone own one. Prince class does need an update. They shouldn't be as strong as knights, or elfs but they definately need something.

BIG DEAL!!! So the DK set is knight only. Who cares. How much more magics are the mages and elves getting? They have to give the knights SOMETHING. The update is a huge jump for the mages and especially the elves and you complain that one armor set is knights only? Come on people. The real victim is the Prince(ss) class. However they still have other options available to them so it's not like they are completely left out in the cold. (no reference to the update intended)

They give us these two new sweet sets, we haven't even seen them yet and you are already bashing them. Just a little word of advice...Try it first before you knock it. If you don't then you have nothing to say because you don't have any first hand knowledge. Don't be so quick to believe everything you read or hear.

Ok so that was more than a few words...I don't know about all of you but I'm excited for this update and I have NO problems with it...yet ;P

Why do they have to give knights SOMETHING? A lot of the updates have not given any of the other classes ANYTHING, or given the knight 1 item that totally swings the game in their favor - so in the same coin, denying them a new item in an update shouldn't be a problem.

The answerr is simple here....they probally can only handle developing 1 character at a time with only 2 people working on it. You people honestly think they still have their whole heart into Lineage 1?? Well, i have a bridge to sell you then. I been playing this game for 4 months now, and i think i can be objective about this. Since i have started, they have constantly IMPROVED the knight class, and have TAKEN AWAY stuff from the other classes. As far as this ep. 11 stuff goes...well, they SAY we are gonna get this, and they SAY we are gonna get that, and ya know, mb we will. But NC has a very good track record of not only taking away what it gave, but also taking more when they do. We are nothing but cash cows at this point for the developement of Lineage2.....I will have the last laff on this, because with a record like NC"s, there is no way in hell i will play Lineage2.

just my 2 cents bring back dragonslayer and let tsu be a knight and prince sword and i do feel that a prince/princess should be able to wear anything a knight can cept for knight visor but other armors they should. That would make real leaders in this game and the prince could go into battle with his troops instead of hiding in coi. Prince should also use braves what would make a knight stronger would be its higher str and con but at least a prince could still be able to fight and defend themselves.

DK set only knight... yes improvments on the game is only elf, mage and knight!
What the heck NCi if u dont want prince/ss to be real leaders just get them out of the game! As known prince gets rocked in every siege, and wow 18cha x 3 as a lvl50 bonus = not impressed, prince should at least get a new weapon, armor pieces or something! dont just stand there NCi go do something about it!

Prince can use Demon set so dont worry. If the imune to fire thing is true demon set is the most valuable thing in the game cause u can hunt FV allmost untouched.

All these problems some of you people have about some classes being better than others, some getting more updates, but have any of you ever thought about these problems while playing Lineage (hunting, chatting, *chillin*)? I'll put money on it that the answer is "no".

I'm back with the flammage!

First off cruel just made the point. Who owns the castle? strong knights who have their prince to 25-30. What do high level prince/ss like Pepper get? Nothing at all. Siege level is way too low and you could get a 25 prince/ss in 3 days max if you got good stuff. You look at the high level prince/ss in the game and none of them own a castle cept cc. NC really needs to change the siege level so that there is a reward in leveling a princess to higher level instead of 25-30.

i have been aying it for a while now...
give high lvl princes a pledge amulet that directly increases hp/mp or stats depending on the lvl of the prince!!!
then those dam lvl 25 can siege but can't WC will start lvling because your pledge will be alot more powerfull if u are higher lvl!

unless they have some sort of uber drop rate, noone is going to buy or be able to sell these things. especially if it has +2 dmg from all but undead. u could ONLY hunt upper lvl mlc and dvc (maybe tic). regardless, these sets look like a waste. i think that everyone should die! DIE! >.<

You don't realise there is absolutely no armor that has 'Class: [Prince/Princess]' except crown. HOWEVER crown is not in the game because it was abused.
So what about mage? They got decent stuff such as sof to boost damage, mage set to get 50 more mp and spells.
Princess has nothing cept their 'pledge members' which NC just LOVE to emphsize on. That's just useless. More members gives you no levels, only bragging rights if any at all.

You guys could do better

u guys are forgeting the "prince/ss" update will be coming soon.... the palace of aden will be completely for prince/ss.... they get a massive palace probably alot of items if you all have the balls to stick out your prince till then,,, you will rock.... and about ta prince that should be as tuff as a knight... that is obsurd... if a prince was the same as knight then no one would play night which means nc would have to bring in something better to get people playing knights then everyone would get pissed off that knights are getting more items and so on and so on....
does anyone remember how "nerfed" the elves were? now they have new elemental magic... they are gonna kick ass then mages get there new magic and that awsome deamon set is gonna rock but i still think wait till ep 12 to start complaining

Azzere - Elves are still nerfed. Didn't you hear, they just threw in an episode 11 change on the elves with NOTHING to balance it out - that's why it was supposed to wait for EPISODE 11!

I'm STILL requesting some feedback from Korean players - does str have no effect on bows in the korean servers? Especially the korean episode 11 test servers? NC claims that this fix was for episode 11 - if that is the case, then it would have been part of the episode 11 code that they got from Korea - why change it before that? Please help your counterparts in the rest of the world.

sorry for being so off topic, but i got an idea for prince updates:

- When partying with a prince, the death penalty gets reduced to the 1-5% we got for a while.(let's REALLY encourage party hunting, especially for newbies, that die a lot more)
- An item that boosts a prince's stats proportionally to the lvl of his pledgemates, so the ghost's prince, should have a serious boost to his stats.
- At lvl 25 princes have their char*2 applied to dogs, so a lvl 25 18 char prince can get 6 dogs, and when they arrive to lvl 50, they get the char*3 bonus but only to pledgemates.
- I think princes should get a bonus that makes them lose less experience due to dogs.

The boost to stats came from the "pledge amulet" thing someone said before, nice idea to really encourage pledge comunnity, and it would be better enough if the pledgemates could choose if they want to be part of the bonus or not.

And the dog thing, well at lvl 25 you can lvl up fast with 6 dobes eating everything in screen, even sharing the exp with them. And when you reach higher lvls, you can boost your ac and depend less on dogs, or use them to carry TONS of pots with you ;).

You suppose a lvl 49 princess to hunt with 6 dogs?
How do you lvl a 49 princess anyway with NO BONUSES at all.

Azzere - You have no clue how far the gap between prince and knights are. I guess you don't. Best undead wep is only a sls and knights get a rap. Kat for prince. Tsu for knight. See where i'm going? Knights have everything that's 1 step better than prince. I'd be surprised if Aden is for prince ONLY because it's impossible after my days of lineage. Only 1 piece of equipment has Usable: [Prince/Princess] and Crown is virtually non-existent. How many do those appear on knight items?

BitemyBallz - Your comment of 'I play one, and i gotta tell u, its SOOOOOOO easy to lvl if uve got the money' directs to the whole lineage community. See all the lvl 50s? they all got great items. None of the have any crap. That statement points out nothing.

what i mean is the money for pots, cuz ppl tellin me kngiths not as easy as it seems.

Well, when i didn't say a lvl 49 prince has to hunt with 6 dogs, but i suppose you can use them as movile pot storages, you could carry like hundreds of pots in them, put them in deffensive mode, and the mops would probably atack you one by one, as the dogs would be sorrounding you like a wall ;).

But i also said that princes should have a bonus when party hunting, ven with dogs, so when a prince hunts with pets, his experience points doesn't get sucked by the dogs.

Anyways, just my 0.02 � :)
