Account Management Update
NC-Austin has added a some questions to their online survey so that they may develop Lineage and other games with you – and your equipment preferences – in mind!

It is easy and will take less than a minute!

  • Log into Account Mgmt.
  • Select Update Survey Info
  • Answer the questions
  • Click on Update!

    While you’re at it… please take another minute to make sure that your other information (billing, shipping, t-shirt size) is correct too!

    Where are the questions that matter instead of just marketing CRAP!

    How about some questions that get some creative user feedback??

    OH well, it will all fall on deaf ears anyways. At least I have the knowledge of knowing I can sleep at night with Compendium doing as well as it does at giving us some of what we want in support.

    They don't send T-Shirts for no reason. You usually have to win a contest, participate in an event, etc. I think I have 3 T-Shirts. ^_^*

    You probably don't want them though. They're all black, and it has a Lineage logo on the left side. On the back it says "British is Back". But is he really? He won't really be back until 2003 from what I've read.

    #10 what do you mean by that "British is back" are you talking about Lord British in lineage? where did he go? who is he? what does he do? is he not like other Game Masters? What is so special about him?

    Also.. what is the point of these forums? didn't we had forums like these before? i really dont see a difference.. another *attempt* to give lineage T-Shirt which no one gets acept maybe one or 2 people?

    Hope i get one though :p lol i am gonna wear it in school and scream "LINEAGEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEE" and for those of you who think i love lineage that much, please dont think that.. its just another way to joke around by doing that :p

    Nothing personal with lineage, but its not worth getting obcessed over.. but its all cool !

    You know - I kinda also get the feeling that NCI won't really read these or care what the results are. If they did really care about gamer input, I think they would have had some more specific questions about the game itself and not about the hardware gamers use. And even the hardware questions totally ignore Mac users - the possible responses are only for Wintel gamers with Mac users relegated to the "Other" category.

    Anyone else get the feeling that NCI views gamers much as tech support people view users? As an annoyance that has to be dealt with? I get the feeling that these guys aren't developing the game for us, but simply for themselves, and only take gamers into consideration if they scream loudly enough.
