High-level monster changes

Looks like NC published their new monster info. Death Knight hasn't changed, Giant Ant Queen isn't listed but here's a comparison of the rest so you can see what has changed:

If Death Knight hasn't changed...then why are people saying it has. If it takes 3-5 times longer to kill it then it obviously has changed. Its not just 1 person's imagination if many people are agreeing on the dificulty of the monster.

Well, if they changed full heal to actually heal DK instead of harm DK, then the 3-5x longer may be explained by the mages working against the knights :)

today me and my friend try beleth and dk, beleth don't seem only got 850hp, and dk is hella strong =.=, can't never 1:1 those boss again

He also summons like x2-4 the number of sparts, its hard to get to him at all.

They weren't supposed to change land based mops though -.- Looks like they only changed damage on them though. And a few ac points.

Well if they made heal not work on DK now, then it's logical to assume that you have to hold ctrl to heal him...anyone had that experience?

That would make sence but rememeber, baphomet use to be heal/turnable but now it heals him. They are just lazy with the scripting @_@

Blade (#12) from what I heard it didn't take 20+ ppl for Bapho and a couple runs, that was DK if I remember right.

...I always thought Beleth should be higher than Bapho since he summoned cerebs instead of skeles...is that the reason he's 52 instead of 50, or does he hit for more damage than Bapho?

Bapho 800 hp?!! hahahahahahahhahahahahahahaha

im sorry nc, but it takes 3 knights taking 30 chops each to kill bapho.
now drake has 1200hp and is about the same.

Two hours ago, i was hunting cerberus on 7th mlc cave, and suddenly appeared pro (in dk moprh) and neo. 3 min later, dk appeared too (nice photo of dkProVsDk i took :P). What i saw was that dk now is MORE stronger and he summons spartois to hell. While Pro and Neo were fighting Dk, i was tryng to fb all the mops there (lot of mops in only 5 secs appeared). Some1 or something was canelling neo... dunno. Final result: All teleported out (u can imagine how hard hits now dk). Later someone killed dk, but for sure it was very injured.

this is babo with +9rapier -.-;; u end baphomet in like 20~35chops.....
baphomet = undead, so shuld be easy, ppl MAKE ppl scared, by letting them wasting money on clears, they just wanna scare ppl off, so someone else can end it -.-! thats lame -.-!

i bet my knight on test can 1:1 it woth 100clears, shouldnt be that hard,
only 800hp!! i end drake using 23oranges 1:1 (1200hp) 400more then babomet, so bapho 100clears? NO WAY!!

Here's why you cannot kill bapho so easily
1. He's level 50 with -50 ac (I don't think anybody you dueled is that strong)
2. He hurts like a PENIS!!!
3. I'm tyring to think of a 3 but failing, but the 1 and 2 are good enough for now

*note, I did not say 3 high level knights cannot take it on... I'm just saying that you'll have a hella hard time

#21, I guarantee you that it does not take more than 3 players to slay the Baphomet. Bapho is so easy even after update that I STILL use axeman morph to fight it. Me and DarkGeneral 2:1'd Bapho since we wedged it in so no one else could touch it, and I tell u, me and Dark took about 30 chops and finished it. I pumped 70 oranges, and dark about the same. This WHOLE time i was in AXEMAN morph. I am waiting to 1:1 bapho and send an ss to compendium.

All lvl 50 players in dep are -5x ac KnightSpirit, and I've dueled them all.

Hurts like a PENIS? lol, he doesnt hurt more than ant queen -.-, and i USED to 1:1 ant queen with a knight... so new bapho is a step down from ant queen.

Oh and bad news guys, I emailed NCI, and they say (and i quote):

He should still be spawning in the game, however the time is random now
and he along with other bosses, is not guaranteed to spawn at a certain
time.

AdaM, since you're "so strong" you of all people should know that there's many people on Depardieu who have -6x AC. (And even a small handful, I won't say who, who have -7x. Yes, it's very possible, even without the Dex Bonus)

Vail, when did I say there weren't ne -6x ac ppl?? I know plenty of 6x, I was just reponding to KnightSpirit. Now let ME tell YOU something. In order to get -71, you need +9pg, +9tshirt, +9cop, +9iboots, +7dpm, +9es, +9kv. If you show me ANYBODY on Depardieu that has A +9 cop vail, or +9 tshirt, I will give you all my items. Small handful? Show me ONE person with +9 non-elven armor, nd then we'll talk again. Even with Enchant Armor (-3ac), nobody is-70 or higher.

Prove me wrong.

I want to add that Bapho comes in 2 flavors. One dies VERY fast, and I think that's the one NC is presenting. The other one is VERY STRONG. Korean knights pumping clears died after like 5 mins of raw rape. Ask anyone on test server, being around lvl 50 and having -50 ac don't mean jack. Bapho is hit often so that stronger version has about hp in the thousands. 3 circles of hasted/braved/ghast morphed knights beating him for 5-6 mins and dying/tping? Not 800 hp for damn sure...

bapho is not that strong you know
i've seen someone next to me do 1on1 with bapho
with a death knight morph ofcourse
and yay only 10 hours until deathknight morph event
that bapho is dead for sure

I agree to EdgyAsHell. Yesterday i was fight my first bapho after update.
In first run we was 2 knights i was using 140 orange the other 100 orange 40 clears. We both must venz bec the pots was out. We come back and other guys was fighting him and it tooks 5 min again to kill him i used 100 orange again.
AdaM u must have found the easy one.Maybe im to weak but i used lv 47 str knight with -5xac +9b-kat.

o btw, i think ifrit is wrong too, at least on test. before my level 40 knight could take him in about 10 ora. I fought him yesterday 1:1 on my knight who is now lvl 46 and has better ac/weap and it took me about 90 ora and 10 clear, i was starting to think about bookmarking and restockin real quick but it ended...and the drops still suck lol i just got like 10 cmomr

firs thing ifrit IS higher lvl with my lvl 40 knight (after faf hunts ^^)
i used to see ifrit in green now i saw him in gold witch means he is an
higher lvl now,much harder to 1:1 when u got taur gloem and 3 eggs on u.
another thing phoenix is now lvl 58 or so they saw... i really dont get
how can u not put phoenix (in the monster gulid) with the bosses char
now its the strogest boss right befor anthar,i really dont get how any one
gonna end it now if it took 8 knights lvl 45+ to end belet using 1000+ clears
so how we gonna end phoenix??
one more thing im sure that some of the stats that NC puted are not true
no way that belet only got 850 hp
no way that dk and queen hasent changed!

here waht i think a better way to kill babpo even i haven;t kill 1 for long long time..we know he is lv50 and -50ac & 800hp so waht he can;t use potion we can!!..and he is demon?

1. get a +tsurugi it hurt even his ac -50
2. use orange or clear i think red not that good unless u got good ac...

I think ifrit has more HP as well - took my lvl 48+ dex elf 100 oranges to kill it one-on-one...
Previously I did it with 10-40 oranges (depending on how many times I get hit with his ranged attack). And the drops SUCKED! All I got was 268a, 4 mgems and a Strength book.

Today we was hunting bapho again (Dep Server).Some1 in world chat was asking when bapho spawns.Mister ***** (GM) sayd in world chat bapho is now in his room so many people gos hunting him now.We was like 20 people and not the weakest (Lineagekhan,DDibral,soko and so on).We needed 30 min !!!! to kill him.Everyone used alot of clears.Best drop what i heard was a belt with +15hp,+15mp .I cant understand this fafu died in like 5 min and for bapho we need 30 min.
I heard too the baphos direct after update was easyer (and they spawned every hour (good old time ;)))
And to Ifrit before update i needed 10-20 ora now 40-50 by 1:1 and the drops are the same.
I found no Phoenix since update.

I want to add - Melantus said that the regeneration rate for (some?) bosses has been increased. Ifrit regenerates too fast for a lvl 43 boss IMHO. I guess the reports of the high HP of the other bosses are due to their insane regeneration rate.

30 min?? wow im surprised. The first time the update came, I was after Bapho. Each hour for the 6 hours it spawned I killed it with 4-5 others, sometimes less. Maybe they decided to make it stronger because of it's sh*tty spawn rate now or something, but I won't know if Bapho is stronger until I fight it again. All im saying is, the 6 times i killed it each hour, I ALWAYS axeman, and pumped 70~80 oranges. Yes I ended 2 ifrits on update as well and usually took 10-20, now cost 30~40ish.
Masterboy I thought u were lvl 48??? why only use lvl 47 knight??
