Playforum (http://community.playforum.net:8080/bbs/prog/column?action=read&iid=10051003&kid=1040) reported the strangest finding from the Japanese servers. I'm not sure how authentic this screenshot is, but this was supposedly on the Japanese servers:

zoom in at the line with +13, they copied the chinese text, and moved it to the right.

hey, you only need to edit the NUMBERS, are chinese NUMBERS different from US NUMBERS? because editing the NUMBERS you can make a +0 weapon look like +127 weapon, only editing NUMBERS. did i say NUMBERS? because you dont need to check the rest, only look at the NUMBERS

another thing, there is a white dot after every line 3 pixels at the right of the last character, but not in the NUMBERS, you can still say that i am wrong but i only see a fake screenshot

1)that's japanese...
2)I'm not surprised if it's real, cos i know japanese can be at least as good as koreans in gaming
3)I'm fairly sure jp servers do their own programing like tw does, so if there's minor visual difference, we really can't tell if that's photoshop.
4)if it's fake kewl it. point made.
5)it's only a screen shot. nothing to get upset over since it doesn't remotely concern us player except that a server with 90% newbies are kicking our asses... get hunting boys ^_~

i looked at 800 times and indeed it is crooked. It is fake, although the japs are gamers like the koreans ladybrittish, i dun think they could get succh good items. If the were deuls between the servers(that would be good) than the koreans would probobly own all servers combined. Thats how good they are, i have a korean friend, whose cousin lives in korea and says that his cousin quotes"i ONLY have a +7 rap". Wut does that tell u?

i asked a friend that plays jap server and he told me he has seen it but he didnt see the elvenshield but he syas the SOM is real... and i believe him ... japanese are good at lineage same with koreans...

luckie, maybe, MAYBE it exists, but THAT screenshot is fake, look at the yellow lines, they are all moved (you need some zoom, with ms paint at 8x zoom you can see it)

I agree its totally fake. i didnt even zoom in too much but i could tell something was going on. also i believe its prob. impossible to get nething so high i mean tht +10 on the test server was nearly impossible to and of course getting ne to +9 is hard.
also i want to know why he/she would be only carrying tht staff and shield with a egg? tht Shield alone is only 15ac what happ to the rest of the items?
???

Ps. elvenkind tht koreans spend WAY too much time playing cuz they probably have no life? :/?

2) My friend in japan sent me a screenshot of an item screenshot of his and the yellow highlight box thingy is same....

luckie, when you play, the yellow lines are not "broken", they dont move when the text is near, someone has moved the text and thats why the yellow lines are like this, ill zoom the pic to let you see what everybody sees (but you and your friend of course)

Ok people.

This is my first post and I do not want to start any arguements (well maybe a few little ones) but as a professional Graphics artist I was tempted to find any flaws, first thing was first.. I zoomed in.

Nothing quite strange at twice the normal size.. so I went to 300% , I couldn't quite make out a few details so I sharpened the image up a bit, thats when I noticed some thing out of the ordinary with all the parts which I would have changed.

so make sure, I saturated the image and viola, what should I find, the outlines of all the things which have been changed, if it weren't such a crappy res.. people would have seen it earlier..
If I have to post my findings on a webpage I will, or even email it to admins.
I wouldn't mind being compendiums pic verifier.
Any graphics artist can do what I did, use photo delux or photoshop, I used delux, much faster. (p.s you would be looking for the lines going down.. they are a bit to the right.. well not a bit.. alot)

I think some one mentioned this above. good job

The trick is to say your a pro so you have some thing to back you up ^_^
