We will be bringing the Lineage servers down for an unscheduled maintenance at 3:00 PM Central US time on Wednesday, February 27th. During this time, we will be publishing some fixes and changes to all three dragons (Valakas, Antharus, and Fafurion), and fixing an issue for Macintosh users who are unable to create Elven wafers and/or teleport. As part of the changes in this publish, Valakas will be temporarily deactivated. We will also be conducting some network maintenance during this time. We apologize for any inconvenience this maintenance may cause.

I found out that when more towns are added into the game, it seems that i feel more and more lag comparing b4 the new town existed. -.-

right there is alot of pplz lag, visual effect isn't that hot anyways...

i coulnt post on the official message boards cause the site is down for some reason.. but.. there should be an option in lineage... EFFECTS ON and EFFECTS OFF... when you put off.. there will be no under water or snow or rain or volcano effects at all... The night time will still be night.. but those effects that slow down the game play for many users with pretty old computers and a non-good video card.. many people know they have this problem.. its not internet lag.. but computer lag.. which pisses off many people.. i have 2 computers.. 1 of them is good... meaning all games will run smoothly and no lag at all.. and the other is pretty bad... well on the latter one.. you can't even go to volcano.. because the computer will temporarly freeze while loading the graphics (30+ seconds) which can cause you to die ><...

and about ncsoft... stupid people.. make me die... even though its on test server.. but i died because of one of those many people disconnections... they should not allow people AUTO-download large updates like this from lineage client itself.. and all peeps who play should have alredy gotten the CD..

All of you who constantly complain about lag in Lineage and poor Updates need to stop whining. You made the choice to play the game. If you don't like it, don't play. Who really cares if Valakas is out for a few days? No one is going to be killing him soon. And the other Dragons are in right now. Maybe you should try them out first. And some of you always complain about how the graphics in Lineage need to be Updated. They (NC) are trying, you know. But for those of you who lag alot, the Updated graphics aren't going do you any favors. About the only thing I can complain about is the lack of interesting event on the US Servers, and the lack of Item/Abilities for the Prince(ss) Class.

hehe vail u have my very point mad props go's to you. Ya guys stop complaing vail is right dont like it quit lineage either that suck it up and play on. Its only a game and u can always get ure items/exp back just means u have to play a little more ^^

Its hard to quit something you are good at... I think most people are getting fed up with Lineage, without the huge community behind it like the Korean servers have I think most people are getting one character like 40+ then realizing that you cant kill the dragons, you still cant solo easily in alot of places and that the lack of variety in items(ie, Rap, Kat and I guess Tsu are all the dominator melee weapons, no one uses anything else) makes the game sorta boring. Lineage should have more of a Diablo 2 weapon system, where there are just billions of weapons that are all very similar but have maybe abilities or a special name... Anyway, I think most people that still play are sucking it up right now, but you can only suck so much. X_X;;

Has anyone noticed the 4 resistance elements in your info bar? I think they are going to come up with different kind of armors that have resistance towards one particular element as well as weapons which do extra damage towards one element of Monsters. Therefore the varieties of the equipments will greatly increase. That's just my guess :)
