Greater Haste spell

Care of elf.24cc, the upcoming Greater Haste spell has been revealed!

It is a level 7 spell, costs 80 MP and 30 HP, but it is a haste which lasts 30 minutes.

Here's an idea. Why don't they just take the SP cap off and make it so haste is amplified by SP? That way there is an open slot for something else.

Yea nice looking but what difference does it make? we will never get it on US server.. the Gamemasters (if there is such thing) or NC Staff (if they have that too) are too lazy to publish spells like this in US Server.. all cool things happen in all servers only acept US server.. why? US Server sucks.. and make no money, gamemasters and nc staff.. if there is such thing.. is too lazy to make the game any better.. all they care is leave it.. and they get there salery...

I like the new Haste too, its great or whatever... But Smokie is right, this will be on Korean servers in no time at all and we will be lucky if we ever get it. I think its just disheartening to everyone that we see so many cool things on Compendium and not much of it comes to our servers in a timely manner... Melantus finally figured out that the Dex AC bonus is on Korean live servers, and he says something about they will "find out how to implement it" or something... I dont see why it takes so long, they should stop worrying about the hOrRiBLe impact so many things will have and just try it out, Lineage is dying as it is, not many people play. They need something to keep current people playing and to get new people excited. I know that raising drops and stuff makes the game too easy for High level people, But if 40% of players are 40+ and the rest are all under that, it doesnt make sense to yield to the lowest common denominator. Oh my, this was too long. - _ -

Mages don't gain any SP after level 40, so thats what he means by the cap.
And why would they need to delete any level seven spells there are three new slots for new spells like this, along with the element ones that will/may be implemented if they can be bothered...

Lineage was only ment to be 12 Episodes o.O Now all these new things the are planning of adding it will be like 20 Episodes -_- Whats this Lord British Episode they are talking about? Lord British like died or something,

US server will wait atleast 3 months before we ever see anything about this spell again. nc staff doesnt care about us at all. they only know how to copy and paste 1 year after koreans get it.

sp is not capped. BTW bloodlust you are stupid. you dont gain sp after lvl 40 the only way is to increase your int (int ammy or leveling to 51+) then you will gain spell bonus therefore you will gain sp.
There is a max of 10 spell levels thats why after 40 you wont gain sp unless you raise your int, cause you cant raise your spell lvl.
BTW my mage is 47

BTW this spell is cool but... they should make G-haste to give u double speed (not double+ time) :P

I do have a question though, if haste pots won't be able to stack, will the haste spell be able to? That would suck if you have to stop and haste urself every 3 minutes (assuming u don't have g-haste)

BloodLust try to get a mage past 44 and 48 and see for yourself before you slam others experience.
My mage is level 48 and you DO NOT gain any more spell power after level 40 unassisted from items. Ask any other player. Also grow up and learn to be civil, you do not need to call someone stupid because they have a different opinion, and in this case you have egg on your face.

And to me being a newbie... I've played Lineage for over two years -_- I think I would have graduated from newbie a long time ago.

SirTangos comments are what I mean by items assisting SP.

u gotta admit, its kinda a cheap spell. Haste lasts wut, 5-8 min? well, ill just say it lasts 7 min. now, 7x4=28, not even 30 min. So, the g-haste spell should cost AT LEAST 4x as much as the reg. haste. So, thats already 100 mp. So i think the greater haste spell is a really good spell!

oh ya, and sirtango, your wrong about being level 51 and increasing your SP. actually u have to keep raising your int until lvl 53, because your int must be 3 higher for every 1 magic bonus. (oh ya, and im not sure about this, so dont yell at me if im wrong)

I donno if ur wrong or not... but I've heard that at 19 int u get +4 SP bonus... they had a screen shot on the main site back when it was www.lineagethebloodpledge.com on the help screen that had a mage wit Int ammy... she had 4 SP bonus...

Ok, here we go again (Thought I'd mention this from Solnac's post):

Take helms of magic away from knights, and give them to the princes/ses. Impliment the Dex/AC thing, and add more spells (including this one). I see this as pretty balanced. But then, of course, EF has problems, too... :)
