Poseidon on Korean servers: level 58 interview

There's not much to say. Poseidon on Korean servers levelled to 58. Picture worth 1000 words. More details to come if there's anything interesting in the interview.

update: amateras picked out some interesting facts out of the Playforum interview.

He chose CON for level 56, 57, 58 level ups because he wants to be able to take damage from Antharas and not die killing him. Thus, he regens 8-9HP per tick.

He hunts dvc mainly, gets 1% every 3 hours. He takes 4 braves, 3 twigs, 290 reds and a maple wand for use with ropc. He does that 10 times for 1% and ends up spending 16 million adena per level in supplies. He has died about 8 times since level 50.

He uses +8 tsurugi. Before that, he was using a +9 rapier. Even before that, he was using a +9 b-kat, but he felt that +9 rapier was a little better, so he switched. He felt +7 tsurugi was about the same as +9 rapier, but +8 tsurugi is much better than +9 rap or +9 b-kat. He says the difference (in duels) between +9 rap and +8 tsu is a difference of 70-100 HP in the end. Also, on -57 AC, he says +8 tsurugi misses less than +9 rap.

His MR set is -61 AC. He has a +8 HOMR and +7 COMR. He uses his magic set for DVC 5f and lower.

He attends every siege he is asked to go to.

His PK count is 480.

Ok we can all crap our pants in amazement now...

Btw I would have suspected somebody would top 56 because it is Korea ya know... They have had the game for 3 years. Plus it's a knight, those are pretty easy to level when you have the best stuff.

every lvl after 50 you get one stat point correct? seems like a pretty lucky guy if you ask me but i would hate to play that much would drive me nuts... unless i got paied for it lol then would be easy. wonder if hes the higest. nice hp and stuff any how

The only thing I think was stupid of him was putting 3 points into Con. Sure he could get more hp at each level up but it would be a long time before he leveled. Sure the regen could help too... but I would just put ALL the extra stats after 50 into Str. Then he would be a super power hitter. And with Str spell... oh boy you can only imagine this guys power.

yeah that doesnt matter though... i would be a 24/18 raw knight, thats +3 damage no matter what cause Str is over 18. Con just would give you more hp at level which would take him too long to get and faster regen, but your gonna use pots anyways.

my guess for the weapon would be +9 tsu =[
something interesting to note: he is using an orc ammy... not str or con or anything that people would expect a level 58 would wear
also... he is more than half way into level 58... this guy must play 24/7 (no life )

Yeah exactly... those cafes in Korea are nuts. People can get their friends to play their accounts 24/7. It is easy to level then... I wish we had internet cafes in my area... I would easily be high level! ^^

Ummm u guys Notice he is missing 1 stat... i believe when u reach lvl 50 u get 1 point... so 50-58= 9 points.. but if u count carefully... he only added 8, unless it is possible to store a stat and use it later... hmmmmmm?

It's not stupid to have high CON. He probably gets 15hp a level up around, and his regen is similar to that of waiting in an Inn. You need high CON to fight antharas, or he will kill you in 1-2 hits.

he proably wont pk anymroe. i bet he got all of those pks before the update that created hell. now that hes lvl 50+ he wont pk because if he did he would go to hell and die anyway. im thinkin he would have to be hella pissed off if he were to pk somone.

Hi everybody! Im korean^^ I thought there`s not many people in US server but I was wrong ^^ i`m happy many people share same feeling ^^
I know his PK count 'was' 480 as you know PK count 100 should go hell lol(not in US server?) AND He is a prince has 6 castle in KOREA server so he can get ac -65... many player! much money! He fight everyday so.... MadCatz you`re wrong 1 more he makes exp gor 24hour but he go to a bed everyday.... O.o this mean abot 2or3 people play in 24 hour so i did it lvl 58...
