Chinese Lineage: scrolls can fail
HKLineage reports that Chinese servers have changed zel/dai from +1 to +0/+1 and bzel/bdai from +1/+2/+3 to +0/+1/+2/+3. Hopefully this will be one of the many changes that never make it here. :)

Man! All the hard monster and now this...how are we suppose to get powerful with the posibility of getting +0 on bdai/bzel! These are rare stuff, not commonly drop...or unless they increase drop rates on zel/dai, bzel/bdai then i don't mind the +0 posibility.

Well Acually +0 on a b-zel might be good.. Id rather get +0 on it than +1 to tell you the truth.. saves me the time of trading the +4 item for a +3.. same with b-dai.. But n-zel/n-dai? thats totally absurd..
