Party/Pet HP Bar

A recent update on korean test has changed the way that the dog/party hp bar looks. Unstead of just a red bar it now has a black border and looks a little cooler. It also happens to be a little larger so you can more accurately displayed.

They get most updates because they're the one's who keep nc running. Their player database is at least 20 times bigger than ours so if they don't keep them happy, nc would be in trouble.

Som DID change, might be not on the -3 hit thing
but changed to drain only 40 mp max from one mop
it used to drain alot T____T atleast more than 40 -____-
