+7 Leather Jacket
Oh the korean servers a player made a +7 leather jacket. talk about a waste of money. I find this to be really quite funny because Leather Jackets blow after 4.

That guy probably already had piles of +9~10 items. There's been worse items made before. When you play Servers as crowded as the Korean ones, making Adena and items is much easier too.

Item enchanting is about chance. The chance is determined by the server and how frequently people's items blow. Since korean servers have so many more people than any US server, their item enchant rate would be higher since more people have blown their items.

Probably didn't make sense but o well o.o
