The following changes will be published on 3/12/02 during the 10:00 am Central US time Server Maintenance:
  • Heine and Giran guards will now accept declarations of war
  • Dragon Scale Mail is now renamed to Dragon Scale Armor
  • The new player areas have received:
    • A polymorpher NPC
    • A weapon Enchanter NPC
    • An armor Enchanter NPC
  • The effects from these NPCs are temporary and last 30 minutes.
  • Seadancers no longer assist other creatures. The sea dancers will attack only if attacked themselves.

    this is kind of stupid...new players will get used to this and quickly get bored or tired of the game at lvl 10 coz they cant enchant/polymorph anymore =(

    this is my opinion...no offence to all u ppl who think its great. coz i dont really mind it

    First off, FistofRage = banned :p

    Second, they had to change shelob and ungoliant because of complications when the making of Lord Of the Rings movies. If they kept it the same, lineage would be gone with a lawsuit :)

    and i wonder about the possible bugs with zels and dais, maybe after i get my weapon or armor temp dai'd or zeld i can over dai it? someone should try it and c if it works

    next, if they r ganna do that they ought to make it cost like 2k per poly because it will be so ood and it will last 30mins. It could also depend on ur level like 100a per lvl if nc were to put it public or w/e it would be(who cares on cost i want it public^^)

    They changed the Uruk-Hai Shield for copyright reasons as well. I don't think The Enchants and Polymorphs will make newbies act any differently. After all, it only lasts until Level 10.

    Vail if newbies get used to the enchantment and poly speed they aint gonna get used to hunting without them when they get past lvl 10. it's sorta hard on the new players to get used to the different enviroment. but if the poly/enchant gets the players engaged with the game then maybe the players will continue to play or else they might get bored after lvl 10....again its just my opinion.
    But i find this helpful for a newbie prince i am gonna start ^^;

    Actually, that seadancer part is pretty important now that summon mages can't use BBs there...perhaps a...knight can hunt underwater? o.O
