NC Interactive, the support provider for Lineage, is currently seeking a strong, team player to act as Customer Support Representative – acting as a liaison between customers and NCI to process orders, resolve gameplay and technical issues, and handle Terms of Service enforcement and billing inquiries. Because of the great enthusiasm Lineage players have shown for the game, we are particularly interested applicants from within the Lineage community.
Candidates should possess the following:
High school diploma or equivalent and minimum 2 years customer support experience.
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Familiarity with PC gaming and multiplayer online gaming, and Lineage in particular
Ability to work full-time, flexible schedules, and night shifts
This job is not a telecommuting position. Employees must reside in the Austin, Texas area or be willing to relocate.
