Connectivity & Cable Modems |
We are receiving increased reports of customers in the South West US regions experiencing connection problems when playing Lineage over a cable modem connection. After researching this issue, we are seeing network issues at a peer point between atdn.net (registered to AOL) and Qwest. For the last 24-48 hours this peer point has been dropping connectivity just long enough to cause interruptions in TCP connections. We have passed this information on to our service provider as well as contacted both Qwest and AOL, and will announce any resolution as we receive word. We apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused. |
