News from linstage

Pictured right is how some people in Korea spend their time on the test server. (Collecting ROTC)

A Korean player created an account on the US server to see what it was like. Here are some observations he felt were worth nothing. I think they show how the game has been customized to deal with American players:

  • Our mops have coloring to indicate if they are aggressive or not. (New in 1.70 client)
  • We have a PK server, but also autoloot (he thought that was a strange combination)
  • You have to actually click on the person to trade with them (New in 1.70 client)
  • Near some guards, if you pass them the wrong way, you get teleported back.
  • USA doesn't have Heine yet. (But we will in less than 5 days!!)

    Also, linstage had a streaming video of a few Korean gangbangers that where on Korean TV for Lineage-related crimes (one even killed his little brother). >.

    -Our mops have coloring to indicate if they are aggressive or not. (New in 1.70 client) err i thought the colors indicated the level. green mean he's lower level then you. blue is about same as you. gold is higher. red is super higher then you.

    yeah, with lvl 45 knight most of mops are green outside of depp caves, but when u start a new char most are red, I think it show you if can kill it less or more easier

    I could've sworn that I had read on the main site that the colors were whether or not a mop was aggressive towards you. But then of course, lycans were a passive color.

    You don't see the criminals in the video clip because they cover their heads with their jackets. It just looks like a regular segment on a local news broadcast and has a few horrible quality clips of lineage.

    You see in the bottom left, there are two blue circles? One is bright and one is dim? Click on the dim one.

    I was talking to amer about those crazy korean kids.. I hope US players don't get that crazy about lineage. I find myself saying this over and over: "It's just a game"

    Anyone else notice that it's a fake? You can only select 1 item at a time, when you do it has the lighter highlighted color. All the rotcs are the light highlighted color=fake.
