DISCLAIMER: IF YOU CONNECT TO THE KOREAN TEST SERVER TO DOWNLOAD THE MUSIC, YOU MAY DAMAGE YOUR INSTALLATION OF LINEAGE EITHER IMMEDIATELY OR UNEXPECTEDLY IN THE FUTURE. YOU MAY ALSO MAKE IT IMPOSSIBLE TO DOWNLOAD THE REAL UPDATE WHEN IT COMES. NC-AUSTIN WILL NOT HELP YOU IN ANY WAY, BECAUSE YOU ARE CONNECTING AT YOUR OWN RISK. Please don't complain to NC if something goes wrong, I think they're getting mad at me for connecting to Korean test server. So, don't get me in trouble.

I have started to add "where will you hear this music" to the Music Guide, so you know which tracks correspond to which locations. Obviously, there are some tracks unaccounted for. So, when the update does come around, if you guys start figuring out which MP3s correspond to which locations, email em to me and I'll put em up.

just copy lineage into a different folder and download the update from there.. so when that screws up,... you still have the original to use

Even more , i remeber old server when kobolds where introduced only palyers on server where those who had visited testserver regulary. Cuz they forgot to put kobold drawings in that server it's update and then emperor tamed kobold and dropped it in middle of town so all people their game client crashed, hehehe

I'm just trying to cover my behind. Already I've been told by Melantus not to connect to the Korean test server, so I just don't want anyone blaming me for screwing up their Lineage... but the copying Lineage into a different folder works.

Amer there are people in Lineage who die if thier moms and dads would forget to tell them to breath. There will always be dumb people in Lineage, its not your fault. So many people connect to the test server (US) and then try to connect to the real servers. Kinda of funny when you think about it.

I wonder why NC-Austin does not have this on our test server?

I would think, they would be right behind korea. Translating the text, is'nt that difficult. I think they are using everyone on the tabu rasta game.

I see no enthusiam out of NC-Austin. It's all Gung-Ho for the other game...

They can't even get rain/snow in. I see nothing new about it on the test server msg board. How complicated can it be? it seems to work fine on the test server ever since they put it on the server.. But... All devotion is to the new game by NCI. I think NCSoft is being ripped off by this support company they have bought. Everyone email korea! Everyone says HK and Japaneese servers have 10x better customer servive
Stop complaining and do something!

I play since januray and during free period, and where was rain and snow when NCi was about to reset the server, I don't know why GM don't use this sometimes

Playing depardieu server. If you played old server, how can you forget emp, always flooding chat with lots of your remarks or with the whole filtered word list. :-)
And you always gave good money for spells^^(think i sold you heal all for +7 kat)
What server do you play now?

NCI had done a fantastic job to get the new music, its top notch ! The game will be so much better with it, now I have created an album with the music so I can listen to it when I play....

It's not just to prevent files from being patched with improper versions and so forth. There is the asumption that everything tried on the Korean Test Server will definitely go in on the US servers. It may, or it may not. The particular item in question might go in but changed, or totally removed and never put in. When players connect there, pre-judgements are made about what is coming next. The best option is to wait until we actually start testing it here on our US servers and put it in our update news section.
