LC March Madness 2003

The brackets have been decided and the fee is 100k if you want to participate. To pay your fee, see the following people on your server. Last day to pay is on Wednesday!

Ken server: Amer, Silent
Dep server: Dlirk, Taera, TikTak, Clues, Lugz
LoA server: October, ZenLunatic

Pay them the fee and then make a pick sheet. If you make a pick sheet and don't pay by the due date, your pick sheet will be deleted. When you do pay, give your email address to the LC rep so you can get a confirmation. :)

To fill out a pick sheet, visit the March Madness site below. Use your character name and server to name your sheet, as in "Amer (Ken)"

but what's all these about anywayz o.O;? if it's another LC event then i'll pass lol, you ppl got good ideas but horrible event-controller. Cheaters are all over~
was so disappointed with the last (pretty long ago lol) event

ok somewhere around 11:30 est people's storage dwarves were empty. when you restarted the game, everything on the char you were on was gone, and your other chars also had no items. level/stats, alignment, and food gauge were all kept. it was basically everything you could ever set in your hotkey slots was gone. weight bar 0%.. the whole 9 yards. morticae provided the closest time it could have gone wrong. i just now noticed at the time i posted above because i was hunting in mlc on my lvl 47 mage with a dog and was going non-stop for hours. the server is back up and rolled back >< to give you an idea of how long ago it rolled back to, i lost ~1.5% at lvl 47 sharing experience with a lvl 44 dob, killing nothing but REGULAR skeletons (i didnt kill many archer/spart/zombie).

L: How could you possibly cheat?! You make some picks on who wins in Basketball before any games are played and you hope your picks win.

vision: Go to the madness site, click on "Pick Sheet" and choose which teams you think will win. You can use espn.com or any website to get advice about which teams are good, however, in my experience, the people who win are the people who just pick which teams they like (the rank # helps pick winners too, for example, in the history of March Madness #16 has never beaten #1, etc)

Kaiousama: Sorry, I mentioned it in my first post, and didn't think to link it in. I think it will be clear once we have a few bets and I put the prize money on the main page :)

for some people that dont get uber drops every day and are NOT lvl 49 str knights that hunt FV 24/7, 100k can be a lot just to participate in a game of chance. so, the rich get richer and the poor get poorer. i dont have 100k so i doubt i'll be participating.

i pick kentucky to win though :)
