Lineage Part II, Episode 1 - Korean Release date
Saw this on the official Korean site on Friday, looks like 7/18 has been announced for the release to Korea, so we should be getting it on US Test shortly thereafter :)

1 week till korean live. It will come to US 2-3 weeks after korean live. So about 5 weeks from now total it should be on US Live.

Chronoes: Lineage 2 is an entirely different game, so you need a different account. But this (the news post above) is another episode for Lineage 1, which comes free (well, aslong as you already have a paid account it's free ^.^)

This is about Korean event server, not new update. The new update for actual servers will be on October. To tell you about event server, you r allowed to chose any class, and you have to be the highest level in order to get a prize, which is free lineage for 1year with 5 b-dais, and other stuff.

#18....it definitely is NOT going to be october before we get EP 13...they usually only leave it on test for 3 weeks or so....not 3 months...and we all know it's already on korean test server

Question: Why doesn't NC be more forthcoming with release dates and such? I mean, there is little or no word for us on the US servers. I don't speak Korean, so I am thankful for LC and others keeping us up to date, but I would like to see some of this information on the US website. Be nice to see the direction as to where Lin is going.

Hey guys, check the Compendium archives, or Lineages Official page. A timeline was given for each update. We are to get ep 13 this summer, and ep 14 in time for Christmas. That's how it stands now. It is subject to change of course but it won't change that much.

Episode 1 - Light and Shadow (Jul 2003)
Introduce Dark Elf Class, floating island, Elixir (an item which permanently raises a stat point, cannot break the stat cap of 25 base, can use this item 5 times)

Episode 2 - Sky and Earth (Nov 2003)
Dark Elf underground world, increase quality of graphics

Episode 3 - Life and Death (summer 2004)
Career system, skill system for different classes, add dark elf area "Diod", new siege system

Episode 4 - Sun and Moon (winter 2004)
Introducing the Underworld. Lastabad? is the Dark Elf capital of the underworld, with a castle, this will be the biggest update for part 2.

Episode 5 - King and Pretender (summer 2005)
Gran Kain giant temple, Dark Dragon, end of the pretender king's story

Episode 6 - God and Human (winter 2005)
Gran Kain's avatar appears

Those are the Korean release dates, not here. However, if you read the HoC logs, you would notice that it was answered as to when WE get them.

The following episodes will be released on US LIVE aprox. 3 weeks after they hit Korean live. US Test probably 1 1/2 weeks after Korean live.

We WONT get this in July, but I would say Mid-August we will have Ep 1 on Live servers. Best guess if that banner isn't just for the "event server", is August 10-16th.

Sweet. Uh, I wonder what default stats and extra points they'll give the DE. Will it be evenly distributed like the prince/ss or ... more like the knight's stats? :)

P.S. I'm told the Yak may come back for this. He's doing very well tree planting, and last I talked to him, he sounded like he's 60-70% sure he'll come back. LoA Server only.

SCALEB (#17) Im pretty sure you are wrong. Lineage 2 is the next phase of Lineage and we DO NOT need new accounts. You are thinking of Lineage Forever which is the upcomming prequal to Lineage set like 500 years before, and that will be a new game with the need for a new account. It is lineage II episode 1, not lineage episode 13 when the DE update comes.

Americorps, who informed you? Because you have some things wrong.

'The Blood Pledge' is Part I of Lineage = ep 1 - ep 12, which is concluded.
'The Cross Rancor' is Part II of Lineage = ep 13 - 18, which is upcoming. This part will bring Dark Elf Class and DE 'world', some new systems for trading and fighting and I believe a graphics update too
Part III of Lineage will bring the 6th and final class to Lineage which will in about 3-4 years from now, so have patience =P

Lineage Forever was supposed to bring more like 3D graphics to Lineage, but it was canceled.
Lineage II IS a new game, so new accounts and all that stuff. It's now public beta in Korea...

I dont know why I typed this all as most of it should be common info by now...
