Connectivity Issues 5/7
Between 3:20 and 4:00 PM CDT on Wednesday, May 7th, we experienced issues related to the network maintenance that affected connectivity to the North American Lineage Servers. Our Network Operations and Customer Support groups will be working to determine those characters that died due to the service interruption and will be restoring any lost items, dogs, or experience as warranted.

NC didn't even bother restoring exp when they screw up.
Now they do o.o

they been restoring exp for last month or so, so no it has nothing to do with the recent banning.

Can anyone give me a PC: on Gloves of Protection (specifically for LOA, but I'm guessing that 45 quest item prices should be fairly similar accross servers)

I think its a good sign that NC is trying to be reasonable now. I think the Banning issues kinda put towards this but hey its there call. I just play the game and have fun^^

Ever since the LoA server came out it seems like NC's customer service has really improved! I wonder if that had anything to do with it?

With all the money they make, one would think that they could upgrade the servers, or routers, or whatever keeps causing lag. Seems like this would help a little, given the fact that when there are more than x number of people on or in one place everything lags to a crawl. If we ever got more than a thousand poeple online like they do in Korea, our server would probably melt.
