1/24 - Publish to Korean Test Servers

Lineage - Korea (https://bbs.lineage.co.kr/lineage/new_announcement/pre_lineage/read.asp?ListNum=81&NoticeID=2&PageNum=1) announces the following publishes being made to the Korean Test server on 1/24:

Alliance is a privilege, not a right. As such, the privilege of being the head of an alliance will be a level 45 Prince quest. To begin, you must speak to Masha in Werldern town.
A level 45+ prince can have an alliance equal to 6xCHA members. A level 50+ prince can have an alliance with 10xCHA members.
A new menu interface has been added to handle the new features of /pledge.
There are 4 ranks in an alliance - Alliance Prince, Elite Member, Regular Member and Recruits.
The Alliance prince can accept other princes as pledge members.
Elite Members and the Alliance Prince will have an "Alliance Chat" which can be used by prefacing your text with %.

i think NCI is finally heading into a new and complete Era...be aware guys this game is becoming less and less hack and slash...better start paying more attention all around :O

This is going to be cool. I agree that NCI is finally moveing in the right direction. I think we will see alot more people playing there prince chars in the next month or so. So they can have the alliance chat. I for one will make sure our prince is lvl 45+.

I think this is a very good idea... but not everybody had the time to become a lvl 45 prince.. like me lol ^^ i'd love fullscale assaults but i wish alleigances could go to lower lvl princes as well, but hey. it'd b fun either way!

dang imagine the size that is, 6xCHA looks little, but 6 x 18 is 108 players! add the cloak the princes get and a cha ammy and u get 120 people!
ccgirl is a cha princess, she can have 200+ people in her alliance!!
thats like 1/5-1/4 of the server!

Hmmmm, still a few question that need to be answered. Like, can u have members from a pledge in your alliance if their prince isn't part of the alliance, or does the prince have to join the alliance in order for their members to become alliance members?? Will there be an alliance emblem? How will U be able to tell who is part of the alliance besides being told by members? I wonder what color alliance chat will be... Anyways, this is going to be a great addition to the game. It's about time the alliance function was finally implemented. I sense a change in the wind...
Any word when ep12 will hit US servers yet????

The current Alliance on Depardieu will be lucky if it's still together by the time we get this. A Level 50+ 18 Cha Prince/ss with a Crown, an Amulet of Charisma, and a Sovereign's Majesty can potentially have 220 Alliance members.
