Connectivity Issues

At approximately 4:20 PM CST today (February 10th) we experienced a significant drop of users on all public US Lineage servers. We do know that this outage affected multiple websites beyond the Lineage servers and website, however we are still investigating the exact cause of the disconnect.

Any Lineage customers who were playing at the time and lost items due to death or lost a dog due to death should contact Lineage support at support@lineage.com for item and dog replacement. Please include your account name and character name so that we may confirm the replacement.

they have logs of everything. they can chec the logs and replace what they see to be true

Giving back items and dogs isn't enough they should also give back lost xp. Losing weeks of lvling is not good either.

lost XP is a lil harder to fix than lost items/dogs (dogs are prettymuch lost items since its just a collar that really matters) hopefully when the new buyback system is in, they can discount it in cases like this!?

They could give you back your lost exp if they turn you immortal and summon you a few dragons to kill o.O....... Nah they won't do that.

It feels bad being disconnected and there's nothing you could do about it. I got disconnected last time before the event last weekend ~.~

At least they're doing something and admitting it pretty fast this time and restoring almost everything, lost exp is a bitch to get back tho o.o

there is no admitting to be done, they didtn do anything wrong just like the last big D/C issue. its ISP's problems. and NC owes us nothing for this problem. so we should be grateful that they are doing this much for once!

I dun care this is too little too late how many more times is this gonna happen, nc hasnt said they are trying to find a way to solve this problem so i am guessing it is gonna keep happening. This is the 4th time in like 2months! How am i ever supposed to lvl up if we keep getting d/c and losing exp ?? Im mad last time NC didnt even comment. I posted numerous times and not even oh ok we are looking into it. And whether they have to do it or not, the point is they are losing customers. NC you better act fast cause this is becoming a regular thing and ppl are not gonna put up with it.

Anyone that doesnt complain about exp loss during a mass d/c obvoiously never got past level 45. It's a crock of shit!! It may not have been NC's fault, but it is their problem. And if they keep track of what items ppl have, surely they can keep track of exp. BTW FreaX, please shut up you are SO annoying. Is there any way to exclude ppl on this thread?

HONESTLY, the real reason there was so many people dropping connection was because pure and simply it was 4:20.....i couldnt think of a better time to stop what your doing in lineage or out to bun a dutch, joint, spliff, dube or any other word you have for it.
