Moving Day!

Well, looks like we've once again outgrown a service. Thanks to the popularity of lineagecompendium.com, it comes time to move from a shared service to a dedicated service. I've spent the weekend preparing our new home, and the DNS servers across the world will be getting updated soon.

Thanks to our donors which make our move easier! :)

If you see this message, that means you are on the NEW server. Welcome!

The new system will be faster with less downtime and with more flexibility to give us more LC features. If you see any weird behavior, please email me (or post in this thread on the NEW server).

No, that's an unintended and positive side effect :)

I think it might be that Apache 2.0.45 is more compatible with your browser than Apache 1.3.27..

No new features yet. But soon we all hope :)
LC is quite a bit faster now. Not only are we on a dedicated server, but the server we are on now is not a piece of junk like our old one. I think old was a 475 and now on a 1.7 gig or something.

You are the coder Amer but I am always amazed at how many kb's the front page of LC consumes... never looked into it, but I am sure you could find ways of saving A LOT of bandwidth...

I think that EBAY for lineage thing kinda well useless but i can see how its good for LoA o.o

Heh thiers a downside o.o i bet ppl gona use it err abuse it? and
try to do Server 2 Server trades as in DEP for Ken items or Ken for Dep
or Dep for test or test for dep...

The new site looks different with Opera 7.1.0 B1 (it looks fine with Konqueror and Mozilla, the old one worked fine with all of them)
