Joining us for this round of questions and answers was Amer – owner and operator of the Lineage Compendium and Lineage 2 Compendium fansites. Amer’s responses were based on questions submitted via the Lineage Message Boards and cover everything from the behind-the-scenes time and effort spent running an online game fansite, to hints at some of the new functions appearing on his site in the future. We appreciate the time Amer took to answer these questions and look forward to showcasing more Lineage community leaders in the future!

Great job as always, Amer. Can't imagine how you manage to devote so much time to LC. I also run a very large web-site, and frankly, I would rather be playing Lineage.^^

I think that you Amer are running a great work on this website. translating and making stuff easier to lineage comunity. besides is hard to find a site as efective and well done as LC.

I congratulate you and all your team for the constance on doing a non-pay job like this. It's fun but it doesn't mean it's not heavy

Yea even Lineage US official site isn't that good. It's so slow ><
Lineage Compendium is much better than the official US site. The only thing that's good is the support section.

It doesn't seem like there's a whole lot of LoA specific content. And even the little bit there is should be quick to add to the site.

Mentioning the Best Of Linweb hurt me. I really, really loved that feature when it was here, and it gave me more of a reason to play. You're damned if you do, and damned if you don't. NCSoft won't let you maintain the Best of Linweb, and yet they themselves won't make something to replace it. It just sucks. it's such a good idea, since ladders make people more motivated to play.

I think NCSoft should make changes to the Arena Deathmatch and the Dog/Slime Races. For the Arena Deathmatch, they should only give drops after the boss(es) are killed (Not in between rounds, it distracts contestants), and the boss monsters should drop like normal bosses. This would give players an incentive to beat the Deathmatch continuously, seeing as they've really died down. It's unfortunate seeing all the great options in the Deathmatch rules, but none of them ever used. Mae/female only, Class Specific, No potions etc. And how about making the Animal Tournaments active again?

LC has been my homepage ever since i was in b-ants on ken with amer lol. i remember when alot of ppl would come here during seiges just to check how much time was left in the day ( i did that quite alot ). this is without a doubt the best lineage fansite. just had to say that because amer said " As long as I can help someone play Lineage better somehow, I will.", and this site has helped me play lineage better on a daily basis. good job and thanks to everyone who has made and still makes this site as good as it is.

Thankyou always for the site. We all love it and use it more then Lineage.com. I have to ask you this though...... You think you can add more info on DeathMatch's? Not just Giran DM, but rest of the DM's too with detailed info. If you can, It would help alot of us who are interested in these things. Once again, Thankyou very much for everything. We all apreciate it very very much.

Amer, would it be possible for you to post the "59 ideas" or whatever, that you all considered for LC? I'd be curious in seeing what some of the other ideas are that didn't make it past the chopping block. Thnx.
