SharpArrows Level 50 Elf on Dep

As many people already know, the infamous SharpArrows of Depardieu recently hit the big 5-0. Not only does this herald a long line of pending deaths but also begins the age of the elves.

SharpArrows is a water elf, saving on potions and saving his friends during fights. He uses a +9 Yumi as most dexterity elves his level do, and as he stated as we stood in the FCA house, “It’s not the only [+9 Yumi] that teleports to this house either!”

His –60ish AC (even without a shield!) might not be much with the soft AC update but it isn’t every elf on the block who has a +8 Iron Glove, now is it?

SharpArrows hunts in Fire Valley almost all of the time, counting on the good experience and drops to counter the plentiful cancels and attacks by FCAs numerous enemies.

Sharp isn’t an active boss hunter; if he knows one is up, sure he’ll go “tag” it, but he isn’t one to wait around for hours. When I asked him his best drop I expected something mundane like “Belt of Soul from Baphomet,” but boy was I surprised when his answer was “Kissya’s +7 Elvin Shield!” PKs don’t get much more dedicated, and evil, then Sharp.

He finds Forgotten Island “Kinda boring;” I guess the combat zone makes it a bit too laid back for him. The Elvin ROTC doesn’t even deserve his passing glance. “It’s like a random teleport from your bookmark. You can end up a screen away or in Oren!” He commented.

To Mel, Capt and the rest of the NC team he would like to say: “We complain because we care!” I must admit, I’ve never heard it said better!

He has lots of thanks to give: FOOChild, Morticae TheEbonHand, Foxtail, Misharo, and of course his prince Bizmarkie and all of FCA (and allies) who always protected his back. Circus, one of his pledgemates, humbly takes credit for keeping Sharp alive as well. And let us not forget, me for the interview (I’m loved! -Tae) and Amer for putting up with Sharp’s “baboness”

I don't care much for PK's, but they are a part of the game. And nonetheless... 50 is a real milestone, and you certainly are the PK I hear being cursed most often. ;) Congratulations to you on your accomplishment!

cody if u have no respect either 1:hes killed you or 2:fcas killed you thats the only reason people hate fca is because they pk alot...theyre not so bad alot of them are actually really nice and friends even though were in opposite pledges...so if someone in Sol can b friends with someone in fca u know theyre nice :-)

lvl 50 solo is difficult -.- I don't care what char class, and I don't think other people should talk shit about a "weaker class" until they are the same or higher lvl of the "stronger class" (don't call an elf weak when your knight would lose to him in a duel ~.~)

Guys, sometimes a leve 45 knight can beat a 49 elf, but that doesn't make the knight better.. What if the elf had been farther away? WHat about soft ac? All classes are different, not better or worse. Knights have strength, mages have magic, elves have dex, princes have a pledge. Enough "such and such could beat joe shmoe".

Amen Taera... im one of those 49 elves that used to own many many many knights in the days of no soft AC and no 1 hand tsu's.. but now, sadly enuff, even good AC and sword doesnt hold up vs even a very average knight,, and to you sharp... i play ken, but boy i gotta give you some mad props!, ive read about you for a long time... pking and you made lvl 50 while among all this drama, you da man for sure... Im gonna get flammed for this.. but i as a career elf player think that its harder to get an elf to 50 while pking any and all.. and being so hated and chaotic... all the time, than it is to get a knight to 52, I can only guess you have a good pledge backing you up dude... btw, im sure your going for it now that you know the godlyness of hunting w/ natures blessing... just keep your nose as clean as possible till 52... THEN.... omg.. rain terror on dep -.-;

I feel sorry for about 90% of dep... once this guy hits 52 lol.

#36 I find that funny because FCA likes to ruin things for everyone else. It's like the Pledge for all the kids who have too much sugar. Anyways, maybe people don't respect him because he smells.

I was once told that my ill-fated Pledge was up for a spotlight once, but got shot down because Amer didn't like me. And now you give spotlights to a notorious (Though not necessarily dangerous) PK. What's the world coming to?

I am having a hard time with stereotypes and grouping ppl and such lately. People see FCA and they think "bad." I said this before on the boards, I will say it again... FCA has some really good ppl in it(as other "good" pledges have their "bad" people{not saying that FCA is opposite}), don't put them all in one pile. If anyone has talked to Sharp, I mean TALKED, not fought, you would see that And, yes, we DO play on Dep, which means pking is apart of the game. This does not mean we won't retaliate if one of my members are attacked. It means just what I said. If you don't want to be pked, move to another server. I had a lot more to say, but I just got home from Christmas Brunch, and I am stuffed and sleepy, so have forgotten most.

wow, i love how spotlights turn into whining and bragging, rather than the platform for congratulations on hardwork; and an accomplishment achieved, weither you like them or not.... never underestimate your enemy, and always show them respect, they day you dont, is most likely the day you die because of your own mistakes. congratulations are in order to anyone who can make it in the ranks of 50+, especially for any non-knight class. kudos.

You know... I seem to recall some ancient Chinese proverb saying "Respect your enemy". Or maybe it was a Roman quote or something, I don't know. Anyway, the point is that we want our enemies to disrespect us. A lack of respect leads to complacency and that leads to defeat. If you will notice something--we do talk a lot of trash in FCA but that is part of the game (one of my favorite parts) and nothing is really meant by it--however we ALSO acknowledge when our enemies are powerful, or worse, capable. That is why we are good at what we do.
Continue to insult us... grow complacent... be suprised.

wow look at that, when fca gets a spotlight tehre is almost NO bad comments, but when the alliance gets one fca just jumps on it flaming all the way

I thought I read something that said that E-Rotc and B-teles would both put u on the same screen as your BM, but not right on that Loc, if anyone wants to ask one of their buds in korea if it's like that there, or if Greater Elemental Summon is ingame in korea that would be nice ^^

E Rotc doesnt really work from what sharp says but i heard that on lineage 12 that the b tele will put u in a different location from where you bookmark it i just thought u would all like to know becaue u are all talking about E ROTC =] anyway...Congratz once more Sharp Keep up the good work make lvl 52 and btw i havent seen you on in like a month i am really looking forward to seeing you again. plz reconsider ^^; Adios Amigo.

Well, I guess congrats are in order. I have never had a run in with SA but I have seen him around. No problems with any FCA either.....hmmmm where hav I been? I too have leveled to 47 w/o help. Its a tough and amazing feet SA..

takes so long to lvl at 49 o.o specially with no brave, I can't imagine lvling an elf, or for that matter a mage o.O good job, meybe one day I'll be 50, I don't think that the DE morph is much faster though, DK seems a good bit better, just my opinion, didn't do any tests or nething~
