LoA Comes of Age (updated with interview)
Marking an important point in the history of LoA server, 911, Mercenaries knight on Lands of Aden server, has reached level 50.

And not only is he the first on LoA, he's also must have set some kind of record, as he did it in *under* 2 months. Congrats and a welcome to the LoA server to the LC Hall of Fame.

It’s a bird, it’s a plane, no wait it’s a crazy Baphomet! Only one man would dare to use Baphomet during a death knight morph event and that man is 911 from the Lands of Aden server. Why would someone use this morph when there is a clearly superior morph available? Because 911 is the very first level 50 player on the Lands of Aden Server, sporting an incredible -8xac and +8tsurugi, this awesome knight gains 8 or 9 % a day.

He died three times since turning level 49 but that didn’t get him down because on the Lands Of Aden Server the loss at death is 5-6%. 911 feels that the drops are better on LoA then on Depardieu or Ken Rauhel and is much easier. He is still very proud to be the first level 50 knight for the server and intends to keep going to level 52, but won’t gain as much because he has school now.

At the start of the server, when everyone was trying to build of knights, 911 and his friends made mages and used them to slay Ifrit many times, to get top quality diamonds for their tsurugis, giving them an advantage over other pledges. After a death to phoenix, 911 tried to blow all his items starting with his tsurugi, making it +8. He then stopped and decided to continue leveling, even though he never intended to get to level 50 when he started LoA.

For those of you interested, 911 was Paradoxx on the Ken Rauhel server and PK99 on the Depardieu and Test servers. Even though he is the first level 50 knight on the LoA server, that hasn’t made him cocky, well, any more cocky than usual. He has many people to thank including: PK Family, Mercenaries Pledge, GG pledge, and a very big special thanks to Quest. “I don't want to leave anyone out but if I did, sorry, you won't be forgotten in the long run.”

anyways 911 has always been camping bosses and i've seen him do it all the time.. whether he's 50 or not i dunno cuz of event.. but then i know he was 49 before.. that was weeks ago.. so good job..

LinWeb is up for loa but at the momment you can not search LinWeb for LoA characters. As for 911, I hear he is for a fact lvl 50. Don't worry about LoA chars hitting lvl 50, there are some more on the way...

kwiver, i believe the reason people say this is because for a long while there weren't too many people playing loa, so there were much more mops, thus u level faster. people also say this because of the mages cap, which really only helps get by the first levels, after that i just find it doesnt kill things fast enough anymore

Just because someone does it in a suspiciously short time does not mean one makes a great accomplishment in life. Some of you people put level ahead of the true nature of of the game...fun. the whole point is
he reached lvl 50
which is a big achievement considering he is first to be on LOA
well, the first to be announced and publicly shown
many more on the way
I can see alot r gonna hate the server when it is filled with lvl 52+ DKs all over

but it requires lots of time and patience in reaching that goal

To all the flamers and haters about account sharing

So what, its really none of your buisness. I dont see why you people are complaning so much. 911 as stated in these posts are sharing with his rl brother. Whitehand shares with his family and whitehand, he doesnt get these flames. In the eyes of NC sharing with real life family members is considered to be ok. But not with real life or online friends.

I want to say again. Its really none of your ppl's buisness whether they share or not. If you guys are sooooo jealous of his accomplishment, why dont you go share your accounts and try to do the same thing? Level up to 50, possibly 60.

why must people so call "hate" on someone just cause they account share and level higher then 50+. why is it your business if someone account shares, especially when he just shares with his brother. let him account share if he gets caught then it's his fault. Most 50+ do share their accounts (with exceptions) and if you like them cause they are nice to you, you dont go causing trouble and saying oh they account share. So unless you reveal everyone who you know is account sharing that is friend(including your real life friends) or foe dont go causing trouble with anyone. I am not saying account sharing is right but it is that person's decision to break teh TOS.

Let me ask you if this is wrong, when u live with only one of your parents and you know your family isnt exactly rich so you go get a job to help out your family so you give most of the money you make in a after school or weekend job to your parent. Now you have some extra cash at the end of each month you have enough to relax and enjoy your reward for your work so you find a game and you are really in to it. This game says only 1 person per account. Now your little brother (who is pretty young) also is really into this game and you love him to death. You know you cant waste any extra money on a another account and he is home while you are at work so you let him play your account. Would this be wrong for you to let your young brother who you would do anything for play your account and you also play it? So don't cause trouble with someone you only know over the internet and ruin their fun.

This is why people share accounts, look at all the recognition they got. Very few people even shun him for sharing. NCI won't do anything either. If you say he doesn't share, you're wrong, period. Level 50 in 2 months from nothing and not sharing is not possible, end of story. It's too bad NCI overlooks this stuff so much.

One note, those who say he doesn't share and its just two brothers...THAT IS SHARING! 2 People, 1 Account. If you read the ToS, you can't even have a parent and a child on the same account, every individual is supposed to have their own account. Even then, 2 People using 1 Acc, would definately fit the definition of the term Account Sharing.

to the ppl who accuse 911 of account sharing:

why would you even care whether he shares account or not?

im just very VERY curious to find out the reason these ppl bother posting their accusations and rumours on these boards without telling us their main ulterior motives.

my guess is they want 911 banned due to the following:

1. They hate him because 911 hasnt been nice to them or ripped them off in a trade (LOL) or hogged the boss kills etc.

2. They're jealous because they cannot lvl up as fast as him no matter how hard they did try.

3. They're all up themselves into thinking with a "if i can't be the best in this server, then no one else can!" type of attitude.



anyways just ignore these ppl and continue ur way to lvl 52. congrats dude!

The character hit 50 faster then you could...
if you think you can do it faster with or without sharing prove it and do it.
Why bann him?
if you bann him you have to bann pretty much all 50+ on ken/dep too....
pretty much all chars are acc shared.... maybe 2 or 3 on dep arent and 2 or 3 on ekn... but the rest are pretty much shared....
if you dont like him jsut provide a better excuse to bann him then he shares....
if he goes boss adn takes all drop... he deserves it... why share with someone who is using a kat when he is using a mb and taking all/ most hits...

I personally dont get along with 911 at all.... weve fought several times... but i dont want him banned for dumb reasons because a few dumb ppl dont like him... provide a better excuse like hes been speedhacking or poly hack or hacking accounts... dont use he got all boss drop and dont share...

i can't believe only 1 person on this entire comments forum caught the biggest reason why LoA players might lvl to 50 alot faster than dep/ken/(even test)... because their % lost due to d/c deaths is so much smaller.

#7 his pledge doesnt back him up because he changed 3 times of pledge and he has been to most boss hunts so he has bloody good drops ...

he has been power lvling that it doesnt surprise me that he is lvl 50
ive seen him hunt at fv and in FI all the time (best xp places ...)
he never stops to chat (only on boat....)

I don't like him because of some reasons (sieges,pking and a few other stuff..)
but i won't flame him on his acheviement because he did ....
he doesnt spend his time doing nothing (fooling around) so stop be jealous ...

Its easy to lvl up,nobody said that ***** had acc shared when he was the 1st player to reach lvl 50 on test and that was in 3 mounths (a year ago...bet most of u dont remember) so stop flaming him !!!!

It's rather unfair to say that getting to Level 50 on a new server in two months is a record, because when Depardieu and Ken Rauhel started, Level 50+ was unheard of. Not only that, but The LoA server has alot of hunting areas, items, and advantages that Depardieu and Ken Rauhel did not. Both servers were pre-episode 10. Not to mention that there was no incentive to be Level 50 until the high-level morphs were thrown in the game.

#83 Maybe he should also add a bot that deletes posts made by ass kissers.

Drathen provides a very good point here. depending on how far back in time you wish to travel, there really was no need to lvl higher. remember at one point and time there was believe to be a cap on lvl, which NC un-did at one point and time.

for the sake of not boring you to death by talking about how "uber" of a hunting spot TI 2f was when it was first added, lets just go back in time to um....
ok i will keep it post-old-server. yeah, i will make it, original dep beta. what did people have to hunt?

what incentive was there past 49? at the time there was no:
lvl 50+ morph bonus
stat bonus for every level over 50 (51, 52, ... ,n)
boss that required such a lvl to 1:1 (no dragons yet, just the knowledge they will someday exist)

thats why ti was hard to lvl then... back then getting past lvl 30 was like lvl 45 now... lvl 40+ then is 48+ now..... lvl 45+ is like 50+ now....

i think -8x ac is a lie o.o
a knight can get -69 ac with 12 dex, all +7 base ac, +9 elven ac, with pgs
lets say he gets earth (no iron on loa) he'll be -73
changes +7pgs to +7cg he'll be -76

o.o that means he has to have 4 +10/+8 ac just to break -80
i see one o.o he has 3 more?? on LOA server??
I am doubting that..

He said in his interview that him and a few buddys played mages and camped ifrit and Pheinox with thier mages.... so getting all the TQD would have been easy for them and then with all the other great drops they would of got would of made them super rich. so since the server started on what was it the 12th? of december then it was down for like a week or at least a few days

so he lvled to lvl 50 in less or about 1 month and 3 weeks of playing his knight

so don't complain spend your time and lvl up and just congrats people as they lvl up and when you hit 50 people will congrat you.

A lot of people used the Baphomet morph to hunt during this event. What are you guys talking about? And the point is, 1 year ago on the Depardieu server, he couldn't have made 50 in 2 months. Maybe 4 if he was lucky.

I think you meant to say "they" not "he". If you share and you make it to level 50 and beyond...who cares...you cheated and it is not a big acomplishment. First of all, Javihut, your mindless ranting is obviously a result of your +9 yellow suit being done up extremely tight, which consequentially has rendered you unable to write anything intelligent whatsoever on that message board.

Next - As for the account sharing, I can't assume that this guy is sharing his account, so I won't go on like half of you people accusing him of a crime you have no proof he committed... (Then again most of the people accused OJ of being guilty and... I mean come on! He was guilty! lol) Anyway, 911 seemed like a nice person until I began to realize what a bunch of selfish greedy monsters his pledgemates were. There are a few good mercs, but the rest of them take this game like real life. The other day my friend dropped his +? Mith robe on the ground and 911, who is possibly one of the most well-off players in the game as well as the highest level, picks it up and refuses to give it back to my friend (Whom 911 had met in real life!!!!). Instead he asks for half the value of the robe back. Hey, 911, make level 100 for all I care. I have no respect for people who lack the essential moral values that seem to be more and more scarce these days in human beings. You can't even treat someone with a little respect in a game? I'd hate to know how you treat people in real life. I hope that extra 100k helped you along in your quest to better your -8x ac.... LOL.............................

I will make 50 on this server, and I will doing it having the respect from fellow players, which for me counts as a lot.

since this thread seems to have changed from hero worship to a discusion about account sharing, i have only to say this.
If you want to share your acount, do.
If you don't, don't.
If you feel that you will be "busted" for sharing your acount, see a theripist about paranoia. (since you WILL NOT be busted, it is impossable to prove)
If you complain about others sharing THEIR(not your) accout, mind your own buisness. (and quit whinning)
Personaly i don't share my acount because i like playin with my friends and if we are all on the same acct then we can't play together. And for all the people that WHINE and WHINE about acct sharing, STFU it gets boring and its not your acct or anything, it doesn't affect you, your just an annoying person if you do.
