Episode 12 Monsters

Lineage - Korea has posted most of the Episode 12 monsters and their levels (https://bbs.lineage.co.kr/lineage/new_announcement/pre_lin_contents/read.asp?ListNum=23&PageNum=1 ). It was integrated into our monster guide about 12 hours ago :)

Amer theres two duplications of the Dopple boss in the monster guide (ironic isn't it). You added it before and now there's two of them.

These bosses are great. I'm sure Korean servers have swarms of people over these bosses, but in comparison our server populations are so small that these updates are really making boss-hunting fun, not borderline insane.

Despite Ken's strength there's going to be so many hundreds of people sieging I think the castle will fall quickly, though I do think it would be cool if Ken held it for a few sieges ^^.

Those are some very nice high-level mobs. Very well done NC. Why couldn't they have come out with this 9 months ago to keep me playing?

Even though I don't play anymore, I can't seem to stop coming here just to check out all the new stuff. If I ever got back into Lineage, I'd be so confused with all the new items/mobs/etc.

that evil king and his sorceress....only appears on first aden siege =/...
should appear from time to time in the castle so it'll take over again and kill everyone =)

Ker casts blizzard and some other spell which doesn't look like a spell we have
those armour sets, I bet the only way is beating them up
I doubt they r gonna show up just once and drop all their stuff

if so, whoever owns the castle, better be prepared

The dragon's attack looks cool
a thunderstorm which hits everyone in the screen

bandit boss looks weak

balrog looks like it does DK's move

looks like they r taking advantage of new spells by letting the bosses use them
just look at mino and giant boss using earthquake and that giant boss is hugeeeeee
as well as doppel actually uses magic against u
I wouldn't be surprised if it turned into an elf and started shooting arrows at u

OMG this is gonna be sooooo fun... Hmmm, gotta get some better ac. Ken and his Wench gonna end so many people at Aden siege. Gonna be some pissed off high lvl chars when they end to them. She will prolly cast full heal on Ken every 30 secs. Gonna have to take out the Sorceress first I think. 100 elves, a circle of knights, and a bunch of mages casting heal all on pledge, cancel & slow on Ken and Sorceress... Can't wait to see first Siege!!!!!!! I wonder what ac will be on Ken and Kerenis armor sets...
Minotaur, Giant, Dopple, and Bandit bosses need unique names. Not just xxx boss. Thats kinda lame.
When is ep12 coming to Dep??????????????????

Ken and Ker will drop a piece of their respective sets very occasionally I guess. Ken set will be prince only, Ker set will be mage only, finally the two weakest chars in the game get a little back. Fingers crossed Ker set will allow you to cast a new level 9 or 10 spell, but for some reason doubt that's going to happen :( but finally an upgrade from mage set :)

I can't wait! Just like I still can't wait for the new quests!

the minotaur looks freakin powerful..
the first seige of aden will be insane.. gotta have like 30 people with high ac attackin ken, then 30 others with mr going after the mage. Then 20 other people to heal the ones being beat to death, and then 5 others to chase down and kill FutYou who will be hasting and healing them both :P

If Ken Rauhel and his sorceress are that strong, just how strong will the Aden Castle Guards be, and how many of them will be on duty for that first siege? It may be a lot harder to even get to Ken Rauhel than you think. Since most of the members of each server will be involved in the first attack, and Episode 12 is designed for the highest level players, I am expecting there to be a lot of Castle Guards that are as strong as City Guards. Imagine a line of Castle Guards across each gate backed by a line of Castle Archers! (I would expect Ken Rauhel to set up a proper siege defense.) There will likely also be defenders at each of the four elemental towers, with Ken and the sorceress and their bodyguard in the protected zone around the central tower.

Looks like Kerenis casts Meteor Strike. o.O; Ouch. Hope Ken and Ker stick around after the first siege...seems like a waste to put such cool bosses into the game if they'll only be there once. :( Also there's the fact that the first siege of any castle is *always* at the butt-crack of dawn, which may be fine for people on the east coast, but that's WAY too early on the west coast. x.x; Hope I can force myself to get up that early. -.-

I hope Ken Rahul will be around more than just the first siege, the rest looks awsome, I am assuming that mops are all over and not just in the tower, I know giants are in twight light mountains, but is there going to be an area where others spawn besides tower

hmm if the castle allowed elves to get up above the gate o.o that would be cool haha and wow ken is gonna b tough especially with that mage and that spell is not meteor strike its probably destroy o.o even worse...my strategy would be to take out mage first and then ken...i wonder if SoL would b able to do it alone...id bet they would b able to with allies...

WizSnake, that is meteor stike. All the old players have seen it, gm showed us if we were really nice lol. Designtigrate dosnt have special grapics. Mages had all spells on first test for awile, someone said it looks like ebolt -.-

but this time having tons of cube in the castle instead of dark elves lol
Ken and Ker should be "attackable" by pledges member who are actually in seige
or with tons of living armor and dancer swords to defend the castle
and all bosses should be there at once since it's the ultimate Aden First seige
with Succbus Q, Drakes, black elders, Dopplegangers (fun in seige lol), fire archers/fighters and other strong monsters!~
the castle is so big, need more mosnters to defend =)~
funny to see people killing each other while other monsters are attacking
good time to get drops !

Yeah #49 is right. I've seen Meteor strike and Disintegrate by GM... during the beta and when Kent was the big castle;)

Anyway looks like a good ep.. Can't wait to play it!

And I would like that ppl fail to win the castle the first time... and it wouldnt surprise me... god 2 lvl 70+ together... its gonna kick ass.... shell probly use heal all... and heal herself and Ken at the same time...

#38 Actually, Depardieu kills Ken Rauhel.

Some of you are confused too easily. Duke Depill (Depardieu's Father) is the one who has been dead. Depardieu (Prince character in Lineage) is the good guy.

I wonder if the Giant Boss (Let's hope that's not what it's called) will drop the long forgotten Axe of Destruction. That would be cool, maybe it would be able to cast Earthquake on a succesful hit.

weighs like 800, 2-handed and slows u but casts earthquake when attacking at half its cost

mino boss should drop its huge hammer
weights 600, 2-handed, doesn't slow u but to cast earthquake, it costs full mp cost

wonder if the mino boss will be in forgotten island as the one and only FI boss
or some other location

Kerenis is underestimated I think. Alot of high lvl spells are in the game just not for player use yet meaning she can probably cast immune to harm on herself and her prince. Also she may be able to cast destroy, meteor storm and forcefield. All these in combination will make it hard to kill her up close it will be too much damage even for the knights. My advice I think would be sticking all elves to kill her cause they have very high mr and ranged attacks. Dragons at this point are pretty much impossible to kill but then again pheonix isnt all that easy either and its not even lvl 60. Lvl 75 and lvl 72 equals possibly worse than a dragon. Sick these two on a dragon and theyll probably win what NCSoft is counting on really is that more people will come to the siege then does when people go after Dragons that way it may be possible. Im coming back to Lineage very soon once I get my account back. My only complaints with the game is soft ac and the fact that players at lvl 60 Im sure arent as powerful as lvl 60 monsters. If anyone ever manages to reach lvl 99 they will be unbeatable though so thats cool.

it looks to me Ker sends a wave of wind out first then blizzard and then finally the BugBear fire spell thing. gaint boss gonna be mine elfs will own gaints. n it is me or does the gargoyle look like a lesser dragon with some demon features ( balrogish )
