FrogKnight level 50 interview

I would like to start by thanking Akademic, without whose translation FrogKnight and me would have been struggling over a lot of words.



So what do Frogs and Knights have in common? Well, in this case it’s level 50. FrogKnight is a con knight who hit the big 5-0 on October 25th. He hunts 10-12 hours a day (yikes!) in Dragon Valley Caves 2-3 or Fire Valley with his trusty +8 Blessed Tsurugi and –65 AC. Even with those killer items though he prefers to be a peaceful type, disliking fights.

Every now and then he stops by to show the Demons, Death Knights and Ant Queens just who is boss. Though he suffered 6 deaths at level 49, all of them were the fault of lag. At the rate he is going he plans to be 52 by Christmas!

He is looking forward to Forgotten Island, saying he needs something to “keep him interested.” I suppose doing the same thing hour after hour can get boring. His only complaint to NC is to make a way to stop cancel because “so many people cancel for no reason and make leveling hard!”

He’d like to thank everyone who helped him and give a special thanks to Lineage Compendium for the good updates.

Yep, FCA killed him twice. I believe the first time was because he had harrassed a few FCA members before, and FCA got him on Losus Island... and again another time, I just forgot where.

congratz ^^ his english aint that bad i talk to him in fv and he talks normal maybe another user or something anyways if NC changed Cancel it will fuck everything up cause then w/o cancel all other chars will die easy and does he knows about countermagic scrolls? use 1 before hunting and when someone cancel u use another.and FCA are babos and now without ur "strong man" TheEbonHand i dont c them pking but alot of ppl hate FCA i personally got no troubles but they ended some friend of mine but they got payback and FCA cant even at least 1 vs 1 and when someone brings their pledge they run and say ur cheating kaka.

EX-CON you moron, counter magic does not block cancel. Cancel does exactly what it says...canceling ALL magic, including counter. Ebon was not the strongest knight in FCA. Been dipping inside the family gene pool have we?

Congrats on lvl 50 but i think it is funny he said he dislikes fights, he has started fights with me before although i had never even seen him before. He even got friends to come help. Though it is a big accomplishment to reach 50 GJ

Oh yeah, good job Frogknight on getting to lvl 50. Firmus is right, Ebon was NOT the strongest FCA knight. And all your deaths weren't due to lag... FCA got you a few times (while you were still swinging, especially the Doberman --> Ghast trick!) lol

LOL frogknight ended to fca n00bs -_- thats sad.congratz tho man.... i remember fca..... me vguppy and sum1 else took on their pledge when they pking -_- and they tried to kill one of my dog and ended up running away from it LOl then they ran from me! lol n00bs... this was when i was a bit weaker too hahahaha. FCA is pretty lame and can't pk unless they have like 5 mages casting spells and heals for them -_- zzzz i'll come back when i hit 52 o.o

gj...but...does he have a life other than lineage...(no offence...) but 10-12 hours a day...lets just say 10...i assume he sleeps 8h a day being little buy that leaves him with 6 hours...breakfast/lunch/dinner at least takes at the least 1hour that leaves him with 5 hours...doesnt he have work/school?...i mean...i think i play alot but on weekdays...i play at the most 2-3hours...i cant stand constant hunt...it bores me after 3-4 hunts...anyways...gj

or maybe he is hooked on lineage and addicted
or plays at work or works at a game room which I seen ALOT of ppl do which is not against any rules at all...
that doesn't matter.....everyone has their reasons and life

cancel does suck
especially when u're in a pledge with enemies
those enemies just for the fun of it follow u around til they see u brave up and haste or see u fighting a ton of mops to cancel u....
but they shouldn't change cancel at all
it is important factor in revenge for a mage/elf which I personally rely on when ppl continue stealing my mops or drops...

aside from that, looking forward to see him lvl 52 soon....
at the way he hunts......hehe

I agree, monitoring IPs is completely useless. Many computers are shared, and many people play from different locations. Also many IPs are shared by using NAT.

Good job Froggy, by the way, it may be a better strategy when you try to pk me (AudioSlave/FCA) not to help me kill the mop that are attacking me first, you see, that way I have to deal with you and the mop at the SAME TIME. Just a friendly strategy tip. ^^
