Too late for me...i spent 3 hours at event...got enough for 2 golden pumpkins...turned them both in and VOILA! Two more pumpkin seeds. Then of course I died from the Uber pumpkin...

NCI - I dont expect to get uber drops like blood or Tsu...in fact to be honest I dont want to...those things should be fun and rare to get...i do however want these events to be fun...this is a waste of time and all you end up doing is makign it set as a reminder as to how poor these things really are and how much fun this game has become..."why do we still play"...same as the heroin addict who knows he has to quit...you still hope for that initial high

GET SOME PEOPLE to do real events...they arent hard and based on how i see you guys do things have PLENTY of ideas on how to go about this stuff...it simply put needs only a TINY FRACTION OF EFFORT FROM YOU GUYS! Come on...pony up...give us something decent for once.

I popped open my first gold pumpkin today... hunted for 45 mins. Got me a zel in the first pop. I'm happy since I got back what I spent.

I have obtained one gold pumkin so far and it gave me the Pumpkin Costume helm that looks like a pumpkin and gives the wearer the Jack-O-Lantern morph. It looks like I was lucky to get the one new item from the event. Of course, I wouldn't have minded getting DSM or some other uber item, but the JoL morph helm is a fun item to get. Very fast running speed , although you can only equip a cloak and a weapon with it. You lose whatever morph you had on before you put the helm on when you unequip the helm, so it is a quick way of removing an unwanted morph.

What are the benefits of JoL morph? Just fast walk speed or attack also? Is bow equipable or just melee weapon?

Smashed a golden and got a costume, cant wear armor so it's a useless morph. Walks fast but who cares, people b-tele everywhere anyway.

From all the chat sounds like noone has gotten anything worth the 50 seeds/100K work out of it, most just get another seed!

And as always, no costumes for elves! grrrr

Fishstik, I feel you. My hubby and I work on this together. So far, we got an orange pot, one clear pot, and 2 seeds. Two of these were out of the gold pumpkins.

man...i was on test the day that live didnt have the event yet...i got 3 gold...i was like YOOOO gold i was hoping for a dsm/tsu/coi but i know with my luck i wouldnt get any of those...so i was expecting like a nzel...i break it open...you obtained scroll of ressarection...i was like omg...then i opened my next gold...i thought it was just that one pumpkin that gave my a bda item...i opened it...you obtained a greater healing potion...i was like OMG WTH...then i got my third one...you obtained a pumpkin seed............then i just gave up...at least on test then when it came today on dep...i got 2 golds...popped open the first one...you obtained pumpkin seed...i was like its not my luck...its the event...then i open the next one...you obtained greater heal potion...i was like ARGHHHH now...i have learnt from my mistakes...every seed i get...I SELL...its good money...sorry for all the ..... im kinda used to it lol...well anyways...oh yeah...the seed i got from the gold on test...it was first a gold then it gave me a silver then the seed...

you know what sucks.. I wish I knew about the T-shirt before you know..

I died from the uber pumpkin and lost 15% at 47.. that hurts.. I can't tell the difference between the two pumpkins.. why is a level 45 pumpkin green for a level 47 elf?

THAT SUCKS.. I was too busy fumbling for the damn candy to watch my health drop FAST.. I mean the weak ones dont hurt but those uber ones are killers -_- and they are green! :(

pretty....shitty....
grim reapers on the other hand r quite worth it....if u can find one alive...

stressing me out just to find one alive...

My 1st day DEP experience with the event was reasonably enjoyable and my pumpkins yielded:

Gold -> seed
Gold -> red
Gold -> seed
Gold -> red

This is NOT a drop event, so why are people acting like it is. It's meant to be taken lightly. Hunt normally in an area that you like where JoL seems to spawn regularly. When you have enough seeds try your luck and take whatever you get with a grain of salt.

#19 yo man i got the same problem my mage lv 48 at 10.80% cant tell who the lv 45 pumpkin, saw a green pumpkin and i attack it. when i knowest my hp at 250hp went down to 10hp than boom ... dead on the ground. Lost my % and de-lv to 47 this sux T.T

P.S. Do u need to wear pumpkin mask for grim reaper??????????

#28 It's not a drop event, you're right, but NC's not gonna hurt anyone by throwing a few Enchant Scrolls at us. They know by now that these kind of events upset users more than make them happy, so they might as well do good events or none at all. Furthermore, for such a "fun" event, what's up with some strong pumpkin doing 200+ damage every now and then? That's not fun, that just frustrates people who weren't expecting it. How is hunting the strong pumpkin supposed to be worth it? A Giant Seed gives 10 small seeds. Whoopie. It's much easier to kill 3 weak pumkins for 9 seeds. I hate to blame NC for their mistakes, but it really seems like they're not trying too hard at this. The last drop event worked. It was only 2 hours a day. It didn't hurt anyone.

Guys, the easy way to tell the hard JoL's from the not-so-hard ones is that the hard one's you do not need a pumpkin mask to view them...

Meh..... i stopped hunting JoL after this list

Gold > n-zel
Gold > Another Gold > Seed
Gold > Seed

But then.... reapers are treating me good....
Reaper > b-zel
Reaper > n-zel b-dai
then all else crap o.o......

I just pop the gold pumpkins to play with my luck. It's fun seeing what you're going to get. Kinda like a Kinder's Surprise o.O

(Note: I stopped hunting them explicitly but doesn't mean i'll stop popping them whenever I see them.)

-_-;; omg all these complainers.... If you don't like the event, go hunt like you normally do. At least there'll be less ppl in places that you usually hunt.. so any event is better than no event. 2ndly, the JOL morph is the best morph ever.. esp if you are hunting bosses... Ever try to run down mlc to find dk? With the JOL morph you're there in a jiffy... you can always unequip it after you get there -_-;; AND I can guarentee that the price of that costume is gonna go up -_-;; Right now it's selling for 750k... imagine what it will be after event x_x

haha poohbear is cute and she is the only one I've seen so far to find a good use for the jol..... you're all so slow.... jeez.... it can wear a cloak such as COI (Which any experienced player will wear when rushing down to the lower levels of a dungeon) and it runs extra fast.. SO.... when you get down to your desired area you UNEQUIP the helm and voila..... you can morph into whatever you like and put back on your armor.

By the way.... I don't miss lineage hahaha...

Pumpkin Toss/Costume rocks...I would get one but then i cant wear Ogre belt and that = no swing if i needed it for some reason..but yea its really good for COI players and boss hunting.
