NCSoft purchases rights to Shining Lore

A while ago, I stumbled across an interesting banner ad on Lineage Playforum for a new MMORPG called Shining Lore which was beginning an Open Beta service. It looked kind of cool (it's 3D like Zelda 64 and cutesy like Ragnarok) I signed up and got accepted, but they haven't started the English Open Beta yet.

Anyway, today NCSoft announced that it purchased the rights to publish Shining Lore and collect royalties upon commercialization for 2.5 billion Won. I think they're following me. ;)

Shining Lore has a huge following in Priston Tale, there are serveral people who got beta email. NCsoft-US really is doing a good job with City of Heroes , we got a Support button now! (doesn't do anything)

NCsoft-US is doing good with the support bit, but the developmental thing with Lineage , its not fun to play anymore. I hope NCsoft upgrades their server and connection (shining Lore) on DSL it takes 10 mins to view a darn image.

Man, I'm with you LostHeaven. I love both games. ^^ I all they need to do now is buy out TrigLow for Priston Tale and get them to update the game when they promised they do like the do here for Lineage but don't let Lord Butthead touch the games.^^ Let him manage all American games but anything Korean/Asian don't let him near it.

Oh, ps if you're wondering where Forged is at, check out these games. ^_^ Forged and myself were having a blast in Priston Tale but I didn't get in on shining lore T.T Oh well, I'll have to wait but till then I'll just lvl up past Forged. He still playing 12 hour days lol. ^_^

QueenNina I seen you on the boards at Priston Tale , I am doing R & D for a fansite there. The game isn't complete enough , its getting boring after lvl 30.

I don't, once the second tier of skills kick in, quests and PvP it will put a big spin on the game. ^_^ And all of that should be in this next patch that was supposed to come this past Wednessday/Thurday but I know it will come soon. Once the Priston Tales servers are up to the same version as the Korean ones we should get some Quests and Guilds. I might start playing again if that happens cos it's a cool game - Just nothing to do other than lvl atm.

Oh I forgot: Have the problems with the Ragnorak flood be fixed (ie more servers). And the problems with hackers/spammers - Specially loud-mouths on the boards been sorted?

Ragnorak closed US services , around 3,000 US players flooded Ragnorak Japan, HK, and Korea services. There was a little sweeping under the rug , by Ragnorak GMs to remove US players , but somehow the US players found ways around the blocked IPs.

If I remember right Shining Lore is suppose to be non-PVP. Now a game that has me on the edge of my seat is AC2 , the PVP system is close to being perfect, its got alot of different elements , and safeguards.

The video from the Kingdom vs. Kingdom puts Shadowbane's 1k+ 24/7 battles to shame.

Anyhow London if you come to Priston Tale, I am sometimes Hollow , something a mech (I delete him every 10th lvl).

im a beta tester for shinning lore so it is a big surprise t osee this well if any lin players start playing shinning lore whisper me in game as ramza1818 on lineage and we can set up a hunting partywhen the game is relased ^^

I hate NC, I was looking for something to replace Lineage with because they messed it up so bad, and get away from there dumb management ruining the experience of Lineage economy, events etc... And now they bought the game I was looking forward to!! Die NC!
