DREAMWORKS reaches level 50

DREAMWORKS is the seventh level 50 knight in the USA, the sixth level 50 player on Dep and the ninth level 50 player in the USA. Congratulations DREAMWORKS!

DREAMWORKS reached level 50 2 weeks ago, and I finally was able to get a hold of him today. He died 7 times at level 49, which extended the amount of time, before this new update. However, he is still happy with the new death penalty update since people don't have to lose so much experience any more.

He hunts in the 4th floor of Dragon Valley Caves with a +9 rap and -59 AC. (He seemed to hint that he had improved it since then.) DREAMWORKS works 8-10 hours per day at DVC 4f, which appears to be the standard committment necessary to get to level 50 for now.

DREAMWORKS, a CON knight, plans to add +1 to STR until he gets the DK morph at level 52 and then 2 points to DEX to take advantage of the DEX/AC bonus, when it comes to the US servers. So, clearly, level 54 at least is where he's headed.

No PK count for now, but he does go to every siege and he does participate in fights on Dep. That's probably for the best, as you would want to stay at full lawful too if you had these items:

ive fought dream works in a seige before T.T he can take hits. hehe but who would ahve thought i still 1:1 knights wwith my bow elf..jee maybe thats why i die everytime i should learn to run from fights instead of risking it..nah i like 1:1 knights just to test my self great job dreamworks see u at next seige o0

I think he have -64 ac.I have duel him and he says he has -53ac and it was with 2 handed tsu (he has +9es).

Very nice dreamwork... congrats to you... Also +6green dragon armor, very nice... Ken only has Blue armors about 4-5... most just +5.. Anyway, if they have 2+ dsm, means they killed dragon more then 3 times, else they wouldnt get enough scales (I know since we killed fafurion over and over and over)

estimate on ac i would say -62, since I know what -61 is and he has +6dsm and +8iboots, instead of +8epm and +8cop, so -62 with magic would make -63, making him offical highest ac on server so far, you beaten TGif's ac, gratz =) (if only tgif had still played, he would have gotten higher now)

Well if the rumours are true that he buys his items for real $$... obviously he is a spoiled rich kid that skips school or has so much money to spend from his grandfather that he just sits at home and play.... o.O

Ok seriously... It's possible to play 8-10 hrs and have a perfectly fine life

Say he goes to School..
School 4-6 hrs depending on education level
Sleep 6-8 hrs
Remaining: 12-14 hrs

That leaves 4 hrs to do other stuff like homework and friends.. o.O

...the pic up on the top right corner amer said it's rotating every hour...total of 14 pictures....so everyone who visit at different hours will see different pictures
....if he buy all that stuff with real money then he's not that great a guy as much people expected...if he worked hard in lineage to get those items then i'll congrat him...
so far...we all hear "knights"....maybe the dk morph is only the best for knights so all knights push up the lv and try get that morph...
mage get nothing at lv 50 bonus~~....

People that buy Lineage items for real-life money are posers, and should have their accounts banned.

Dep killed antharus quite a few times back when cyc/skel marksman worked, before they took it out for the rest of us. That is probably where those Green Dragon Armor's come from.

Some people level mages cruelgame, generalizations are bad.

FYI i saw this elf down in faf hunt a month or so ago on test (i forget name >.<) but after most of us had died(including the res peeps lol) she came out of no where and 1:1 faf for longer then ive seen the knights do O.o after a long fight she finally died and she claimed to have 65ac (69 with enchants) and its beleiveable with how long she lasted lol
and 1 more thing~ whens next organized dragon hunt on test? im ready for another now that exp loss is so low!! is faf back yet?

They are pledge that constantly ended Faf and main reason he was tooken out, of course he will be able to afford all that stuff, he has probally had tonnes of DSm and b-tsu. Every time you see someone selling DSM or tsu or ammies or something on dep /who them and they will most likely be in Best of Ares. Lots of koreans in that pledge I think.

Funny how faf wasnt taken out while Best of Ares was ending him.. he was only taken out when SOL/Firstlove started ending him... hmm kinda makes you wonder doesn't it? Same thing happened with the whole Antharus "bug"....and if anyone actually leveled a mage their would be more than 1 level 50 mage on the US server.

Congrats Dreamworks!

How to play 8 hours per day:
Get up, 6am.
Shower, shave, go to work (4 miles from home)
Get off work between 330pm and 430pm.
Go home...
Arrive home between 345 and 5pm.
Feed cats, clean Litter Box.
Check voicemail.
Return calls, if necessary.
CHeck email... delete all spam, read 17th generation jokes from stepmom...
Click Lineage shortcut in taskbar. It is now usually 415pm. Sometimes, it's 515pm.
Play nonstop until about 730.
Park your butt in nearest town. Hand dog piece of meat. Put dinner on stove/in microwave/in oven.
Sit back down and attempt to sell 4th & 5th lvl spellbooks for 1k.
When food is done, notify all around you "afk for a moment".
Get food, and sit back down.
Eat while chatting with everyone, or reading silly stuff on global, occasionally adding own silly stuff to global.
When dinner is gone, notify everyone "afk a moment".
Stick dishes in sink, rinse, place in dishwasher.
Sit back down, check dog nutrition, feed self from screaming "selling spellbooks: dex and c-l - 1k each" for past 30 mins.
Give dog green, take green, say g'bye to everyone, go hunt until 1230am.
Lather.
Rinse.
Repeat.

There's 7-8 hours a day.
However, I live alone, my girlfriend lives in a different state (yes, I will be moving) and she plays Lineage as well, at the same time as me.

Most important part of that line is "My girlfriend lives in a different state".
She lives 400 miles away from me, and it's very important to me to interact with her as much as possible. One of the best ways for us to do so is via the internet, as it's basically free, or at least no added expense. Playing a game is more fun than sitting in ICQ chat.

Besides, I'm 30 years old, I have to pay for everything I do, and I'm not rich.
Playing a game on the 'net is $15 a month. Social activities for 30 year olds aren't exactly like they are when you're younger. Sure, I could go to a friend's house... wait, they all live more than 20 miles away. Then of course, you have to figure in that most of my friends are married with children. The ones that aren't are busy trying find someone to marry and have children with, or trying to find someone to uh... well, you can figure that out, I'm sure... Not the same as being a teen, where all your friends go to the same school/Live in the same neighborhood, and have carefree lives.

I go out to see bands at clubs, and have a few cocktails with friends. I never said that play Lineage is all I do. To me, it's like TV... A distraction to carry me through another normal night.

It's just a helluva lot more fun.

Wait a minute there captain. It's 6.5 miles from my house to work, and it's 3.9 miles from work to your house. So that means you have one friend that lives only 10.4 miles away! However, given that I am probably playing Lineage at the same time it doesn't make much sense for you to come over and watch me play lineage. Granted, I could stop playing lineage and we could go do something IRL. But with you away from your computer, I have a chancge to level up to you! But it's all for naught as I am going to play a round of golf tonight with some friends....

Being a teen myself.. I must say for the time I play lineage I should be higher then the level I am.. but I socialise too much in the game.
I used to go on chat proggies like mIRC, ICQ, MSN, AIM and the list goes on.

lineage is a fun way to chat to people, and it gives me some thing to do after school and homework... It's not as though you can't have friends in lineage, the cummunity hasn't become that bad has it?

Anyways...I agree with #70. People live how they wanna live. So what if the guy plays 24 hours aday...If u dun like him getting 50, u can do the same. As of the 'dream' set he has, well...it's 'rumoured' that he bought them with real cash. But WHO CARES. If he thinks it's worth spending real cash for stuffs that exists only in a game...it's HIS business o.o Anyways, enough said.

dont think of him as a god.. he is just hella rich in real life.. my brother who was playing lineage when it first came to us as a real server.. play 20 hours a day when 1/10 muryans dropped b-scroll.. around 5 month ago or so.. he sold dreamworks -64 or even more ac.. wonder what he done with those items.. i think he sold them to him for around 30,000$$$ real $... if you seen his car.. you'd would be proud to jump under it.

I agree with you. I'm 26, and after work everyday Lineage is like laying on the couch watching T.V, 'cept more fun. I see my girl alot, I go to church, I get drunk, I go out with friends, I lay out by the pool (usually with Laptop and wireless connection ; ) ) and I still play like 4 hours a day. Life is short, so do what you enjoy doing. I will never have Dreamworks type items, but I'm still having a hella good time. Ok that is my preaching for the day.

The character is about a month and a half old. I'm a newbie, relatively speaking. Started about time to catch the end of the teddy bear event. Played a mage for awhile... Then decided to try an elf. Should level tonight, about 11pm o.O

aaron... when first dep came out.. after the 3 year of stupid beta testing which got wiped... those people who knew how to play were getting hella rich.. and muryans did drop b-zel/b-dai 1/10... if you dont know.. at the begging cost of n-dai was around 60-70k.. cost of b-dai was about 100k... same goes for b-zel.. 100k-150k.. all the dumb people thought it would be like that forever.. so they sold theirs.. but other people who were smart.. left it alone... same goes for bapho.. rotc was a normal drop from him... atleast more then its now..

I played beta 3 years ago, just not dep. I played 77 server, U wanna know why they were so rich??? dupe bug, u could make 10000 of scrolls from 1. how it worked i dont know, but thats why the server got whiped

And normal drop ROTC from bapho?? lol it never was, always was hard to get rotc off him, you had more luck with beleth

many ppl bought AC for real $$ dosnt make em weak, but not strong too in my eye's.

i made all my ac myself, yesterday i made +7 i-boot, im proud of it, couz i made it ^_^, i got other things to use my money for then buy items in a game.

Anyways, NICE job.. 50 so damn hard to get T_T

Hi, this is Dreamworks. I was trying to make my acct name"Dreamwroks"but it has been taken --; Anyways, many thanks to all of you. Btw, I do not play alone. 8-10hours but two ppl play Dreamworks. I only play 4-5hours a day. I have perfectly normal life with well-paying job. Also, I never bought -64ac for real money as Volt said. I think he is simply jealous. Let him waste his time. I don't care^^. I have other characters as many of you know. Lineage01 ChukaChuka are my other knights. Our pledge killed Antharas few months ago. and Fafurion about three weeks ago. I made most of my items selling items from the Dragons. Anyways, Thanks to all of you who healed me at dvc 2 3 4 5 6 and many thanks to all my friends in dep server!

You Ken Server people just don't listen. Antharas has been killed on the Dep Server multiple times. And he didn't buy those items with real money, he got them from killing Antharas way back.
#29 All the players who have reached Level 50 started after the Ken Server had already been up for some time.
#92 Rings used to be pretty easy to get in Beta. Lots of people had over 10 of each.

You're all forgetting that the strong items and the buying of them for real $$ doesn't make a difference when getting to Level 50+. If you are going for that kind of Level, chances are you have some god items yourself. All that matters at 49 and on in your devotion.

btw... someone asked me about the Blue dragon armor. +5Blue Dragon Armor is same as +11 mage cloth. -9(base)+5 = -14 ac. All classes can wear it. I heard from a friend who plays Korean server that Blue Dragon Armor gives 50% elemental resistance to the mops that uses water magic. FYI, they are Muryan, succubus and queen.. and many more.

Congrats again DREAMWORKS. Was it 30% resistance or 50%? And maybe blue-DSM should also give you extra protection against Heine mops, and fafurion's bubble attack itself if/when they put him back in...

Dreamworks... how did your pledge kill Antharus when all he does is hide? Must have been with the cyclops/skel bug... hmm but NCI took that out when others began to do it.
They will put Faf back in after the koreans get rich off selling his items. Then when a non-korean pledge goes to end him they will take him out again. Similar to what happened with Antharus.

P.S I think it's great that you have those items and have made it to level 50. I'm not trying to downplay that. I congratulate you. It's just that some of us feel that NCI plays favorites. The different times and reasons that the dragons have been taken out or "fixed" have been VERY suspicious. Im not racist at all. I love everybody. I just think certain events have been awfully coincidental. Sorry if these posts are to controversial.
