deathskye there was once a way to make your pledge name with extremely weird characters. mine was a mix of 4 languages once, not only that but they were overlapping o.o so it was really hard to tell what was typed.

there was also another way to make it -look like- all spaces, but would really be the same jibberish as above.

but then nc made it so you can only type english chars, and put that siege command on the guards.

You know once. Yammie killed me with court guards, so i pked him. I had just left circle (forget why, i joined back soon after) and yammie just joined circle saw me and decided to use court guards to kill me. the little bugger -- I did pk him in the end and i think got him temporary kicked from circle.

Well, the thing about the names, if you recalled, mylord/abercrombie/topgun,me took it from dick when he had that crap. That is when we jacked it up to 50%, or that was the second time we took it... probably the second because everyone was hating dick for having that name then we kept things kewl and easy. It wasn't impossible. If I recalled, all that jibberish was chinese looking writing or that weird symbol crap. You had to type the name to seige like A+_lpa@Cen=tau^ri, or something crap like that. Dick was the name of dick's prince which we took it from 0--; Kent was easy to take/defend. You were allowed to use teleport to get into the castle.

Best moment in Lineage history, walking around the ISLAND with no green (the outer area).

Second best moment, when Gassina died to I and gunz at a siege, dropped +8kat ^_^ (ps, was worth a ton back then). This was before all the mage nerfs when you can morph into orc archer and kill any knight with V-T casting it like crazy!

Third best moment, when goldendragon was someone good to talk to (when lineage first came out), until everyone backstabbed him when he gave you some hacks (aka, certain people passed them out without permission causing him to go on a havoc spree).

Fourth best moment, Elder Dropped You Oak Wand! Wahh (well, it didn't say that in the beginning, but anyways you get the drift 0--;)

Worst moment, those damn arrows being equipped and getting punched to death 0--;

NeoCross (and other newer players): *smooch* isn't about some guy running around smooching people. It's about taking a snapshot in time and months later looking back and remembering "oh I remember then - that was back when I was level 30 on my first character and had a +5 weapon cuz I couldn't afford another ndai yet -- man those were the days" and then all your friends remember it too and you get all nostalgic about The Way Lineage Was. :)

holy cow! the old times were great, server .77 was some of the best times ever on linage...btw im madcatz in that smooched pic, i wasnt the original owner of madcatz but laguna gave madcatz to me later on :) . But i was mainly known as Syn...since way back when there was only talking island and no grass...toughest monsters were shelobs(different name now?) and skeletons o.0 , old days of lineage were the best.
