I dont think NC decides which questions are asked, I think the mod which is Gallagher or something decides.

yea, my questions were way better than morticaes and like half of the questions were his or drannons

The questions are indeed offered to the HoC mods, the staff also indicates which ones we're prepared to answer. However, I don't notice who's asking the questions.
We'll always be responsive to questions offered on our boards, and often time here. (The only questions I can specifically recall not accepting were Lineage 2 related questions, and thats because its a separate title and not the focus of the chat)
We also check the forums on this site from time to time, so if you've got some great questions, post 'em or send us an email.

Ummm actually I asked a couple questions and then one of the mods (who I don't know and haven't met) told me they were running low on questions and asked me to make some up. If you guys actually had some questions worth asking, I'm sure they would have LOVED to answer them. If you DID ask some and they weren't answered, it was undoubtedly something that has been answered many many times or can be found easily here or on Lineage.com.

By the way, most of the questions I asked, I've already asked CaptSturm, I just figured you guys might as well hear the answers since you apparently have no questions of your own. Maybe I should just keep any answers they give me to myself... oh but wait, I'm nice.
