I arrived in the throne room to be welcomed by PPaePPaeRo herself. It was hard not to stare at the crown on her head, and I shifted nervously as more of her pledge showed up to be a part of the interview. One of them brought me a chair, and I decided it was time to get down to business.

GF4EVA was started about a year and a half ago with some real-life friends and some friends in the game. That's just what they are: Goodfriends. They don't care about your level or ac, but to get in this tight knit group you have to know someone in the pledge already. "This pledge is for friends that we've known in the game for a long time, and you have to have a friend in the pledge to join." PPaePPaeRRo told me. She encourages them to hunt together and "help each other out."

You may better know PPaePPaeRRo as the level 53 strength knight Pomme, or perhaps as his level 49 constitution knight Freeknightz, or as his level 48 mage Maerona. Pomme has 20 strength base overall, and over 600 HP. Add that to his -7x AC and you've got quite a problem on your hands. As a matter of fact there are NINE pledge members over level 50 in GF4EVA, including MaChao, Random, Ddibral and Wangcho. Not to mention Bam, who will be a Death Knight by the time this goes to print. Every elf and mage in GF4EVA is over level 48 except four. I asked PPaePPaeRRo to speculate on the next mage or elf to get to level 50. "Hmmm I don't know. there are so many that are so cloe it's hard to say." she replied. I felt very small sitting on my chair underneath the Windawood banners.

When I asked about weapons and armor, there was a slight rustling amongst the pledge bystanders, and some grimaces. I could tell no one wanted to give anything away, but I was assured of a few things. There were some +9 Tsurugi's in the group, and I know and Ogre Belt when I see one. Needless to say, I didn't press further.

GF4EVA has 46 members in her main pledge, and a sub-pledge called Goodfriends for new members. The sub-pledge owns a house, and helps out in all seiges and wars. Her allies include: ReAnimated, Soul of Lineage, Peace of Lineage, and InitialD. PPaePPaeRRo explained to me that they are mostly Korean, but that means nothing. She was very quick to assure me that race and nationality are non-factors if you've shown your loyalty to GF. At this point, I looked around the throne room and realized she was right. There was a mix of nationalities present, and I could tell they would draw swords against anyone that came up against the pledge or their friends.
