10/17 - Korean Test update

Lineage Playforum (http://community.playforum.net:8080/bbs/prog/column?action=read&iid=10051004&kid=2645) reports the following changes published to the Korean Test servers on 10/17:

Blessed Teleport Scrolls and the Elven Level 50 Teleport bonus will now land within 1 screen of the bookmarked location. Ring of Teleport Control still hits the bookmark dead-on.
Penalties for using Chaotic spells now do not apply in Safe Zones or Free PK Zones. [I think we call that "Combat Zone" -am]
Colosseum difficulty increased slightly.
AC of Ancient Plate Mail changed from -15 AC to -16 AC.
Sayha's bow animation changed (this is much better than it was the last time they changed it).

Wow now ROTC will be even more valuable. But hopefully b-teles will be cheaper. I don't think one screen away is a big deal when using bteles but as a level 5x elf bonus it should be just as accurate as rotc.

I'm drooling over that ancient plate mail and that one handed crossbow for elves.

Sayha's bow animation is inaccurate...looks like the magic bolt is coming from the bottom of the bow rather than the middle as it should *snicker*

Oh man. Btele's nerfed. o.o This is ESPECIALLY bad for drakes since there are so many cliffs in DV, you could end up on the totally wrong level...in fact you're almost guaranteed to. x.x

i too agree that inaccurate btele is bad, if you're bookmarked at the edge of a siege zone what could happen? hey maybe ill get lucky and tele inside the castle wall?? haha i can see bugs already with this ;)

I would agree the change to b-teles since it now makes rotc that much more valuable. This is gonna turn into one of those lineage gaming b-tele threads...... o.o

ROTC just sold for WELL over 10 million on Ken recently...

NC would be very foolish to put this in... This could get "soft ac" ugly.
They have to seriously increase the drop rate of ROTC. Maybe that happened with the abilities increase of succubus. That is the only way that this change will be tolerated. If ROTC drops to 2-3 million.

Teronelf:I got ROF from an orc in test server once.. could be an actual drop.. no one dies around south forest of skt with a ROF -.-

change to b-tp isn't that unfair..

it's just prevent ppl stacking when they tele to the same spot

and they should do that to apm,cuz it cost more than a dsm,but with close ac,(dsm also has elemental resistance)
no only if they do something with acient robe,give it some mp,sp,mr boost
or mage will still prefer dsm over it

It's better this way, I remember when I use to walk to places and use ant morph. B-tels are way too cheap anyways.
DSM DOES give elemental resistance +0 to each :D

and I do think the elven rotc should be 100% cuz that is unfair to elves that worked their ass off to get to lvl 50....
than again...look at the other bonuses.....elven bonus is the best one so far it seems.....well...prince's cha is increased and can let more ppl join but really....who cares for that when u can make sub-pledges for more ppl...

wonder if someone even made a sayha bow in dep or ken yet and just not showing off......

if sayhas bow doesnt need arrows.... then you wouldnt need to wwaste time pulling one out to shoot it. sayhas bow should be faster if not usn arrows.

First of all, Elven lvl 50 tele should be exact, or at least same screen. Its hard enough for elves to get lvl 50 and 2/3 damage of knights, damn, give us a break. Aslo I think dsm should give around 30% resistance (although i know that dsm currently doesnt give elemental resistance at this time) cus I would be able to get 100%elemental resistance against my chosen element. Although im not sure wearing dsm is smart for dex elf x.x But what the hell, its an extra ac point and u know we gotta love that!

Aslo, thats most likley not accurate speed on the sayha pic, its probably spliced screenshots put into a revolving .gif format. Thats the only way its that clear, i see 5 or 6 ss's in it x.x
