NC Investments

NC made four shareholder disclosures today that it has been working on. Here's a summary from the NC main site (look at the fourth one ;)

NCsoft has resolved (http://www.ncsoft.co.kr/eng/investor/content.asp?ListNum=37&PageNo=1) to take the Right Offering by ArenaNet with the amount of US$10,000,200 on 12/18 and this amount will be used for their R&D and operating cost.
2) Among the acquisition cost of US$15,421,998.01, NCsoft will issue the overses convertible bonds for those three co-founders of ArenaNet and they will re-invest this amount to NCsoft.

A resolution has been made (http://www.ncsoft.co.kr/eng/investor/content.asp?ListNum=38&PageNo=1) to issue the overseas convertible bonds as private placement to the co-founders of ArenaNet, which will be acquired by NCsoft. Total Par Value : US$6,552,800

NCsoft Corp. disclosed (http://www.ncsoft.co.kr/eng/investor/content.asp?ListNum=39&PageNo=1) that it will join the right offerings of the Phantagram Limited on 12/16, where NCsoft Corp. currently holds around 29% of their shares. Total Investment size : 1,173,000,000 KR Won.

most of it (a lot of it) goes to the salary of nc staff...
the rest goes to em....

i wonder how much of that 2.9mil goes down the drain this time...

Well if anyone *cough* Melantus *cough* that has a say in things is reading this, I'd love to suggest that some of that money goes to programming hours, so we can get some things fixed that still don't work:
1) Pledge Alliance function
2) Elves healing dead mops
3) Poly scrolls messing up 2-space swing with Elf Spear
Hmm.. I know there are more, but I'm drawing a blank. Anyone else have some to add to the list?

- alliance function in lin1 is not gonna be introduced according to gm
- include function is not working that's for sure, and still no fix either
- elves healing dead mops is kinda =/...nature touch a dead mop and u r stuck with the 15sec delay - -:...
- some morphs' 2-range attack got disabled due to some internal bug in the coding which make ppl's client crash back then

#5 NCSeoul handles all the major programming. We just get it and change the text files o.o... I remember capt said something in irc one day, dep and ken is more like the korean live servers and they can do whatever to loa server.

2.9 mil.... seems like another big waste o.o. Oh well they can spend 16 mil on aquiring some company... why not 3 mil just to waste it.

Ive been saving about 2.9mil by now a cpl of weeks/or even months in game.... if it would mean the same thing to NC as it does to me, we will have some great updates or events coming :)
