12/11 - Korean Test server updates

Lineage - Korea announces (https://bbs.lineage.co.kr/lineage/new_announcement/pre_lineage/read.asp?ListNum=74&NoticeID=2&PageNum=1) the following updates published to the Korean Test servers on 12/11:

Adjusted abilities of quest monsters.
Fixed typos with F1 Help.
You now cannot morph any tamed monsters using a maple wand.

the help is occasionally useful for working out spell stuff... thats about it. I hope one part of 'ability' means ability for skeletons to drop skel skulls :p

Another thing that's outdated is some of the maps... most noticeable is the SI map, which no longer has a bridge to the visionary lady and instead does have a bridge to the harder training area. People starting LoA twice noticed this one when rteleing...
