rumors..

Looks like coming soon to Lineage is a reworked Male Knight and Male Mage. Supposedly, the reworkings include adding gestures like Defend, Wave Hand, Bow, Cheer, Scratch Head, as well as more variation in weapons such as dagger, sword and long sword.

Also in this information a bunch of new monsters were named, and it appears that they are cold related, such as Ice Queen, Yeti and Snowman. I assume by the time this rumor becomes reality, all the classes will have what Male Knight and Male Mage have, but this is exciting stuff!

Seems going towards DaOC style. It had those, and a lot more features from the beginning..forexample you can dance to others if you feel like it :) And then others can laugh at you..

i heard that LB will come soon to give us one candy each with a tamed faf who will kiss us on each cheek and drop a coi if we slap him in the face in a certain morph type, but pls don't tell to others it is secret an just a rumor

That's all nice, but why just the Mage and Knight? I heard awhile back that they would do it for all the Classes...I've been looking forward to this for a long time, so it's kinda disappointing when they don't do it for everyone at once. I'm a Princess, and I think she's just weird looking sometimes. and unlike the Mage, I don't even sway when I stand still. Anyone who's seen a Princess without a Weapon would have to agree that it looks odd.

That animation was from first beta when only TI was there (No not your US beta)
Princess has hardly been worked on. I understand why male knight needs to be worked on since they also have no animation. But why mage?

maybe next update is that ice-land thingie
in addition to all those new magics for mages
as well as maybe that new animation thing too...

then again...maybe not that lucky getting all 3things at once in an update

and uh...where's the wood....tired of seeing empty houses with no furnitures...
i would like a "bed" so i can sleep, a couch to sit on and relax, and maybe a dinning table to eat "pizza" with the rest of the pledge members ^^

I don't post that often, because I have very storng opinions about this game. That said. I DON'T CARE ABOUT NEW GRAPHICS!!!! I don't care if my player was a stick figure. Please give us the dex/ac bonus or the new belts or rings or SOMETHING!!!! I'm not a newbie spouting off some stupid idea that has been put to sleep over and over. I'm a lvl 47 CON knight on the DEP server. AcidTrance. My pledge is FCA. I have experience fighting all the dragons, and I have died numerous times fighting them. If you want to hunt with me and split the big drops, whis me, (cool players only ^^) I'll hunt anywhere. Sorry for blowing off some steam, but C'mon, give us the update that will help us advance in the game. Not waving bye to the Ahole you just ended because he stole your mop. :) Whis me, I'll hunt (and share). I love this game!!! But lets get our update priorities straight. US DEP SERVER FOREVER!!!!!!!

Well, this stuff is kind of unimportant, I've never been that big on individuality in this setting either, but it's amusing at least. If it actually detracts from them adding other more useful stuff, I agree with AcidTrance about it, but they -do- have time for both, they're just a little unmotivated to put down the tetris and get back to work. ;)

it's getting BORED now, no update for a month or so -____-
nothing new to do, seige is being completed in stupid way
making a buncha ppl working on how to steal a castle instead of fighting for it
i LOVE the old way of seige o.o, atleast fighting action everywhere
the castle itself became useless since it's the tower ppl want

The only difference in teh bonuses between the US and Korean servers is the AC bonus. The STR and DEX bonuses you saw reported on some Lineage fan sites that were on the Korean servers are on the US servers now.

What about the MR bonus for mages/elf/prince, the Int/MP savings for mages, the damage bonus for elves/knights? I believe these went on the korean servers the same time as the STR and DEX bonuses but aren't here yet.

Elbryan I think those are all still on test servers. I'd really like to see the hit/damage bonus's that you get as you lvl, the MR bonus', and the Int/MP for pure mages all come to live servers. But it might not happen, even in korea :(

Whoa....Melantus posting on compendium. Mel, I don't know where to post the veteran questions, so here we go. What are the advantages/disadvantages of Blessed swords??? I've heard they do 2x damage vs. demon types, which would rule in hell. I've heard that they do 2x damage vs the undead. I don't believe thats true. And, are the boss dragons "demon type"?

Amer, if you see this, please ask these questions on my behalf.

I still wanna know WHY DOES MAGE HAVE GESTURES WHEN PRINCESS STILL STANDS LIKE A STATUE?!
Princess graphics haven't been changed for well over 5 years

Also, major updates occur in a 3 month cycle so wait till June (approx, but they're pretty good on dates. At least kor server anyway) for ep 11.
