12/11 - US Live Server Publish Announcement

The following changes will be published to Depardieu and Ken Rauhel during the Wednesday 10:00am Central US time server maintenance:

Coliseums have been added to the Gludio and Silver Knight Town vicinities.

Gludio Coliseum is located on the southeast side of Gludio. This Coliseum is for levels 25 - 45

Silver Knight Town Coliseum is located near the northwest side of the town. This Coliseum is for levels 1 – 15.

Each coliseum hosts four matches per day at 4:00 am, 10:00 am, 4:00 pm, and 10:00 pm (all times are in Central US time). Players are not allowed to resurrect or teleport within the Coliseums. The new coliseums operate under the same rules and restrictions as the Giran Coliseum except as described above.

yea thats messed up no teleporting alot of dead bodies everywhere. guldio dm gets pretty messy when the higher mobs start coming out n alot tele or die

Is it the same monsters as in the giran dm?
I hope that they are easier mops or no newb can survive.
If they are easier im taking my lvl 45 mage to rock those newbs!

none of my characters can enter the DMs >_<
only the giran one I can enter

my mage de-lvled from FI to lvl 45...but I already lvled it back to 47....>_<

that gludio DM......looks like any lvl 25 chars who enter will just be marking their death as the tougher mops come...

The low level one wont be as fun because high level peeps can just stick their -6x ac +8 bstu on a level 15 char that they spent 30 minutes making. But I guess you run a good risk of dropping a good item. The mid-level one should be alot of fun cuz you dont have to worry about your level 49 elf lagging for a second and dying. Just my opinion.

By the way isnt excluding certain levels called discrimination? =)

The monsters are not the same ones as Giran, but they are suited for the arena they will be in.

It will be difficult, but not impossible. Remember that the Giran arena was considered too hard at first. Eventually players developed their tactics a little better, using experience. Tactics are really the biggest factor.

It is basically like Giran Arena, except for lower level players.

Small note: There are small details in difference between the arenas, but for the most part they are the same in functionality. If you are not clear how the arena works, visit the Manager NPC near the arena and read what he has to say.

I sure hope they made Gludio DM easier. AFAIK, there's still nobody on test's gludio DM rankings. No body has survived it, including lvl 45s. It's a slaughter fest, and this is on Test!

using the edit button is a pain in the butt

maybe I'll use my friend's char and lvl up and down with it
since it is only lvl 22
and join skt's dm

will be nice using his +7 tsu and -6x AC in the DM...
too bad u can't equip belt of body at lvl 15 >_<

No drops for the all the groups but the bosses.
You get drops from the ground o.o.....
