We here at Lineage Compendium want to wish our American fans a happy 4th of July. We hope you have a fun time with your fireworks both in and out of the game. Taera was nice enough to write up a little artical for us, so here it is.
 5…. 4…3…2…1…though it may not have been new-year’s eve, for Diabl0 and
friends this countdown was just as important. Diabl0, a 30 day (exactly)
resident of lineage, loyal member of the BloodedRose blood pledge, and long time
resident of Florida decided to celebrate the east-coast 4th of July on Lineage
with a bang. With rows and rows of dedicated US lineage players in their finest
red, white and blue necro/elder morphs shooting off fireworks, blizzard,
tornado, and any other flashy spell they could think of, it might be hard for
the uneducated onlooker to believe this event, no doubt the first of many of
it’s kind, to be entirely unplanned and spontaneous. It was expected that there
would be a party for each server, but no one would have guessed that these four
citizens of Lineage would go the length they did. Diabl0 himself spent over 66k
on fireworks, and along with the spending of his partners Ailsa, Cheva and
Fandango, as well as all the partiers, this created quite the bang. There was
over 10k spent among the visitors in SOSCs alone, not to mention their fireworks
and ebony wands. When asked if he thought the people got into the spirit, Diabl0
wasted no time in his answer |
