ISP Maintenance
The Exodus Internet Service Provider will be conducting maintenance on their network between 11:00 pm and 5:00 am Central US time on Saturday August 17 and potentially on Sunday August 18. This maintenance may affect the connectivity and latency for players on the North American Lineage servers.

hm perhaps nc mentioned to them that if they ont fix there ip or isp's that they may look for another isp to host lineage. I KNow alot of players have been compaling about it perhaps Nc is now listning to us if so i think i will be staying with this game now and soon find the fun that i used to have while playing this game =]

why all the stupid maintenences? they had one and made me lose lotsa xp b4, now when i thot, 'FINALLY!!! a good event i can get xp in!!!' they come back and start the lags, d/c's again... NC must be hiring a dime and nickel isp since that's all they make over here

Hmm off of their most recent report the max ammount of concurrent users from all different countrys add up to 322,417 users. I think its so funny that you guys they they doing bad just cus of us. I tried to figure out some numbers and came up with they make roughy 32 mil us from just korean in 1 month. but i dunno if thats right. it seems so high though.

3,224,170 that is if you round the monthly fee to $10. 38,690,040 a year just from this venture alone. I wouldn't worry bout NC goin broke any time soon. City of Heroes looks very promising as well.
Also I think it will be hard to draw Korean players from this game. Gameplay over graphics seems to be the dominating factor in the Korean market. Look at the succes StarCraft still enjoys over there.
As for me, I'm not gonna leave Lineage until they shut the server down. With a job and family the task of starting over just seems so overwhelming I'm gonna stay.
